City Dental Clinic / Klinik Pergigian City

Had not been to a dentist for ages. Being a senior, was always apprehensive with phobia drilling and whirling sound of equipments in the past. Pull myself together and decided to pay City Dental clinic for a checkup for tooth extraction and to fix a set of lower & upper dentures. Surprisingly, I had a tooth extracted effortlessly on my 1st visit. It's almost painless and am able to take my lunch almost immediately after the removal job. The doctor's words were most comforting, very professional in a superb clean environment. That removes my subconscious fear for dentist. My subsequent 3 visits to fix a set of lower & upper dentures was finally ready for permanent wear. The set of new dentures fix well , looks good too. I would say it was a wonderful well-done dental job, very meticulous with looking-good aesthetic design. Highly recommended. Will be coming back to this clinic for any future dental care needs. I really appreciate the good effort of the Dr. Tan and staffs here to make sure to they can attend my appointment on time. I could see they were all busy while i was waiting for my turn and expected a bit of delay. However they tried their best effort by attend to me and updated on my waiting time. Quite professional. Doctor Yow's explained very clearly, carefully & steadily. Completed in about 4 hours - scaling & polishing, fillings, whitening & extraction. Feel relieved throughout the treatment. Thank you.

-Unprofessional female dentist -the place smell is bad like -Dirty place -horrible place I have ever been -the female doctor unfamiliar with the tools -Tools not yet ready start the job after only ask someone for help to get this get that continue like this -doctor rule Bad experience !!!

Good service, facilty needs to be improved and well taken care of for the convenience of patient, i.e toilet. Other than that I was handled by a friendly doctor for my tooth surgery and he gave me a reasonable price. Personal service is excellent :) Thanks dr. Lee. I never think about clear aligner until food stuck in my teeth and I find it difficult to get rid of it. I started my clear alinger to treat crowded teeth that always cause food stuck issues which further cause teeth decay problem. I should have started early but late is better than never. The female doctor seems lack of experience and cant do simple things like other dentist (my fav dentist) did. I feel completely uncomfortable throughout my treatment. Charges quite $$$$.
