My daughter had orthodontic braces made there under the National Health Fund. Now we go for check-ups every few months, we always wait a while, and the doctor is always nice.

The most irresponsible people work here, at first I contacted them through their advertisement on Instagram where they say in detail that they can continue treatment with braces after consultation and drawing up a treatment plan and CALCULATING the cost in the future. In Warsaw they have 2 offices, the first is in Corten dental and the second is mistodent itself. The first visit went in such a way that I waited a week in order to come for a visit and have a CT scan done for 200 zlotys, which costs 2 times cheaper near my house. After the CT scan I was offered to make an appointment in 2 weeks. As a result, I came and had my upper arch replaced, during which, because of the orthodontist, 2 of my braces came off and for this work they charged 350zl (for such work in Warsaw, any others charge no more than 150zl). When I arrived home, I saw that the orthodontist had not fixed my one lock, for 2 weeks I could not get a specific answer for why they took that kind of money and I never received it. The doctor’s answer is “yes, we have these prices, you should check with the administrator,” but how can I check with the administrator if the orthodontist does not warn about her treatment plans and does not say in advance what she will do??? Mystery. As a result, when I asked for a treatment plan, according to which the orthodontist Nasankina continued the treatment, she dialed me and said that she regretted that she had agreed to continue the treatment and refused to take on my treatment because she did not like something in my expensive OMRco system (USA ), but earlier during the visit she didn’t say anything about it because ATTENTION she felt “SORRY” for me, in her words. I felt sorry and therefore decided to make money on me and, at my request for a treatment plan, refuse me treatment, this is a sharashka office. When I asked to connect me with the director, the director called me and began to explain to me in a rude manner that I was taking up her time, etc. That's it, read and understand, maybe I will help someone in advance not to fall for these charlatans.... I turned to "Mistodent" dentistry to solve a small problem and have my teeth cleaned. There are no questions for the reception, polite and professional people. The female periodontologist, Ms. A. Kudelska, was tidy and delicate, explained everything in the process of work, the stages, without considering the patient and without treating her like an unintelligent child or a "little brother", which I also consider an important quality of any doctor. Rating "2" precisely because of another doctor Demyanova M.. There is a question about the durability of treatment without a rubber dam, and the most important problem is the superior attitude towards the patient. It is very unpleasant when they are treated like an unreasonable (in the bad sense of the word) child or are not allowed to fully agree/explain, and also quite when they are considered as a very stupid, sorry, person. I can't evaluate other works, because I haven't done them (and I won't go to this doctor specifically), but the quality of the filling is very doubtful, it was made without a rubber dam, in the people it is a "jalipuha", I hope not it will happen until I find a doctor who will redo that horror without anatomy. I was very upset and felt very uncomfortable at the appointment and after because of this communication and treatment, I regret not standing up for myself. Frankly, I do not recommend "City Dent" dentistry. She came on the recommendation of an acquaintance with the hope of solving her problem. At the reception, the attitude is as if I came to the administrator's home, they do not know the word "customer orientation". I was refused treatment for a problem tooth, and the approximate cost of treatment was never reported, even after a direct question. Instead, they put a filling and did a professional hygiene, after that, for the first time in my life, I was treated for stomatitis for a week. Very disappointed.... (Show more)
