I didn't expect how efficiently and quickly, thanks to the doctor, I would finally have the long-awaited orthodontic appliance! After checking many offices, I decided to get orthodontic braces in the Cichoń center and I do not regret it. Dr. Joanna Mazur is a great specialist and a wonderful, cheerful person. Unlike some orthodontists who immediately send the patient to have the quads removed, Dr. Mazur first checked whether it would be necessary in my case (it wasn't, so I still have my teeth). She also explained the course of treatment in detail. I also had two wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Filip and everything went smoothly and painlessly, even though one of them was not the easiest case. I highly recommend visits and orthodontic treatment with Dr. Joanna Mazur. A great, very professional and always smiling doctor, she took over for me halfway through my orthodontic treatment and has just completed it successfully. She always explained the action plan to me in detail and answered all my doubts and questions. Thanks to the Doctor and the wonderful Mrs. Kinga who accompanied her, the atmosphere in the office was very nice. Thank you very much for taking care of me and arranging my visits, combining them with other specialists so that I did not have to wait long. I also recommend conservative treatment with Dr. Filip... he is a very nice and friendly doctor who takes care of my smile with extraordinary care and attention and, in the case of extremely "weak" teeth, regularly makes sure that everything is OK. Finishing my 4-year treatment at the Clinic I would like to thank the very nice registrars for always being helpful and even when it was practically impossible to postpone the date, they were able to work miracles... I would say that you should be prepared for anything. When I came to the orthodontist, I said that I wanted to change and then they started twisting and turning me, stand there, stand here, go here for photos, another photo, go to the doctor and then the doctor Joanna Beata Mazur says some medical terms quickly and not very understandably, without explaining them and then: - choose this device or the other one? 😲 What?? Orthodontic braces? That's not why I came to the consultation. I don't want a camera, I want to explore all possible options, but I ended up "in a TV shop". where they try to sell you quickly before you can even come to your senses. Finally, they told me that the entire method of setting the bite could be explained to me at the next visit, which costs PLN 350, and that I had to go to their dentist for a thorough examination, and not to any other clinic. They didn't give me a single paper with the results, and at the end, at the checkout, they gave me the amount to pay: PLN 500, even though I came for a consultation for PLN 200. No one bothered to tell me in advance that some photos would be charged, how much they would cost and do I agree and can I pay for them now??? It's unusual for someone to tell you everything after the fact. Although when determining work correctly, an employee in any area must clarify in advance what the situation will be like. It was very unpleasant, as if you "were a fool" and their job was to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. There was no interest in solving my problem, listening to me and helping me find another solution. I do not recommend this clinic and this doctor. I have been looking for a long time for a dental office in Krakow where you can meet professional and committed dentists. Mr. Bartosz Cichoń and Tomasz Donhal are certainly professionals by vocation and love for their profession. I am very satisfied with their approach and the work they did on my teeth. The effect, in my opinion and that of others, makes a very good impression and, above all, I feel that my teeth are under very good care. Mr. dentist Filip P treated my teeth. He and his team deserve 5 stars. However, I am not satisfied with the orthodontist's work. Making pointless appointments that last no longer than 10 minutes. I waited longer in line than the visit lasted. She referred me to other specialists who also did not understand the purpose of the visit. (everyone, including the hygienist and prosthodontist, was very nice, helpful, professional and competent) A waste of time and money. I feel ripped off for money, to put it colloquially. The lady who helped the orthodontist was artificially nice. I will repeat what I said here - I decide when, at what time and when MY teeth will be extracted. Dr. Magda Grabowska and her assistant are the best specialists I have ever met in a dental office. All the staff were smiling, it's nice to see these people. The consultation was very professional and immediately after taking the photo I learned about the treatment options for my problem. The doctor advised in a real and customer-friendly way what would be best, taking into account the costs of treatment and the sense of performing expensive, but not certain, treatments.
