I was put at ease and everything was explained to me and exactly what they are going to carry out in my next appointment

Desk staff always friendly happy cheerful n the phone and on arrive , nothing seems to be an issue for any of the staff , since I have been a patient here I have been treated extremely well, I have nothing negative to say , my particular dentist is the best , she explains and does all she can to put me at ease . Went here for wisdom tooth extraction. The dentist was friendly enough, and the staff were polite and helpful. Whilst extracting tooth the dentist mentioned I had a lot of pus present around the tooth, but did not prescribe antibiotics. At the time I didn't think much of it, I assumed it wasn't severe enough and he knew best. However, Despite following the recovery plan to the letter, 5 days later I had to return for antibiotics and had dry socket, a painful complication which could have been avoided if I'd been prescribed antibiotics in the first place. Presence of infection stops the clot forming properly, so this was a huge oversight. When I went back I had a different dentist who was lovely, but when I questioned them about it they were dismissive and said it was at the dentists discretion, but ultimately I feel this was a massive oversight that could have saved me the pain and the effort. A few people I know have had bad experiences here and I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I won't be going back here again after this.... (Show more)

I had dental surgery performed by Mr Wahab Towolawi who was absolutely brilliant. He gives the very best care I've ever experienced. Gwen was also very caring and professional, also reassuring. Stef is so helpful, goes the extra mile. This practice is so good. Thank you!

Such a lovely place, I’m the worst with needles but they were amazing! Made me feel at ease will definitely recommend to anyone who isnt great with dentist as these people are brilliant thank you so much for making it a better experience

Always happy to help. Friendly staff.Maybe improve a little on hygiene and have water ready to rinse your mouth after treatment. Offer some form of bib if having fillings etc and clean plastic glasses between patients.

I had my wisdom tooth removed and the dentist and dental nurse was so lovely and comforting i didn’t feel nervous at all!

Very friendly and polite dental surgery. I saw Bell who was very informative, patient and reassuring along with her assistant nurse. They made it a very calming environment for a nervous anxious patient and would highly recommend if you need an extraction done. Thanks
