The endocrinologist's service was nice and professional, but the quality of the service provided by the elderly lady at the reception in a private facility was unacceptable. She draws attention to customers because they ask other registrars questions and she doesn't even sit at the workplace but deals with other matters instead of working. He instructs her to be more polite when asking for the location of the doctor's office, where it is her duty. If it weren't for the professional doctor Mrs. Maliszewska, I would not return to this facility. If this doctor works in another private facility, Omega will lose a client.... (Show more)

I recommend. I visited the internist. An incorrect diagnosis was made at the National Health Fund clinic. In Omega, the doctor examined me and it turned out that I needed an antibiotic. Great patient care - from registration, through medical advice, hospital stay, to follow-up visits. Competent staff, providing professional assistance, and all this within the framework of the National Health Fund, which does not seem obvious.

I went to Medica Omega for a colonoscopy and gastroscopy. There was stress, but from the moment of registration to the meeting with doctors and "hypnotics" 😁 the stress melted away. Perfect, perfect... Best regards to the team. 🤝👊 …

When it comes to the doctors working at Omega, we are very satisfied. Unfortunately, today (February 18), a very unpleasant situation happened to my mother. Namely, the lady from the X-ray room was very unpleasant, downright rude and rude towards my 80-year-old mother, which caused her enormous stress, which we could only alleviate with sedatives. I really regret that I couldn't be with my mother during this visit, because I personally wouldn't have allowed it. for such treatment! Dear Madam, unfortunately we will all be old one day, a little empathy and understanding, after all, you are there for the patients, and if you are so annoyed by older people, I recommend that you find a job elsewhere! I think that the lady serving you should be reprimanded for such behavior. We will definitely come back there because of the doctors, but I already know the lady from X-ray by name and surname, so I hope we are not meeting.... (Show more)

Doctors are nice and professional. The patient is examined in detail. I received comprehensive answers to my questions. The ladies in the restaurant are also nice and professional.

I do not recommend!!! The fee is paid before the visit, no one explained what the entire process would look like and what costs were associated with it. For discussing the results, 5 minutes in the office is also charged as for a normal visit. A month after the visit, I received a call informing me that I had to pay extra for the examination. I am dissatisfied and embarrassed with the work of the receptionist whom I asked for an explanation and why no one informed me about the costs. There is no information in the price list. In addition, I had to transport the test material to the laboratory myself. The reception lady was rude and rude. Not only did they spend a total of 10 minutes on me, but the cost is not commensurate with the work. I have very bad memories of this place.... (Show more)

I have just had a procedure, for which preparation and tests took less than a month from diagnosis. Diagnosing, operating and anesthesiologists at the highest level - understanding and helpful with a sense of humor. The registration staff and the hospital ward are the likes of which I have never seen in Poland... the nurses offered advice and help with a smile. Individual approach to patients, painless "service" made me extremely satisfied despite the painful procedure!!! Many thanks for your help and improving my health!!! I have had two surgeries, efficiently performed by Dr. Szymczak. Great team in the operating room, friendly atmosphere and very nice nurses who took care of me after the procedure and did everything to make sure I didn't feel pain. Operations performed on the National Health Fund.

I got zero help for my lung problems. First treatment, then examination. And how the effect is chronic inflammation and complications.

Orthopedist Romanowski is a mistake and a joke. Superficial, lack of diagnosis and the statement that when you are already 54 years old, why are you surprised that your joints hurt. He didn't want to do an x-ray and didn't recommend anything to prevent it. He ordered me to observe. Grief. I do not recommend.... (Show more)

I visited Dr. Borowik. The doctor is extremely polite and competent. Approaches the patient with respect. He explains everything thoroughly. If I have any problems, I will return to this doctor.
