I recommend it - beautiful final results after the procedure, very good care and a reliable approach to the patient. I had a procedure with the doctor at the Laguna clinic. The first stage is a consultation during which the doctor explained everything, outlined the procedure method and potential risks/complications. I rate the procedure and its course 10/10. I felt good after it, everything was healing well, I felt fully taken care of by the doctor, the medical staff and Mrs. Agnieszka (the doctor's assistant, patient caregiver - I don't know exactly what her role is, but she takes wonderful care of everyone). My feelings are very positive, I have already recommended the doctor to several people looking for help with the treatments she offers. The doctor is honest and direct in her contact with the patient (for me this is a big plus), she does not sweeten things and does not tell fairy tales, but tells it like it is. and what you can expect (an even bigger plus for me) you can feel comfortable with her and ask questions and, of course, receive the necessary information. I am very impressed by her professionalism, competence, and friendly and empathetic approach to the patient. The first visit was associated with a lot of stress, which, as it turned out, was completely unjustified. I do not recommend this lady!!!!!! I warn everyone!!!! I had a complete rhinoplasty done by this lady. I arrived at the private hospital in Sopot on the agreed date because Mrs. Dobaczewska had signed a contract there for paid surgery because her office in Gdynia is not equipped to perform procedures under anesthesia. After waking up after the surgery, I had a serious hemorrhage, but despite this, I was discharged from the clinic because the doctor in charge, Dobaczewska, was already on vacation. Just before I was discharged, I had tests done that I asked for because I felt very bad. When I got home, the ladies from the clinic called me and said that they had the results and they were so bad that I had to come back immediately!!! I had no strength, I felt like I was dying. Dr. Dobaczewska returned from vacation after two weeks and only now found time to take care of me. After removing the plaster, it turned out that the nose had not been completely corrected, which I had paid for in advance, but only a minor correction had been made, and what's more, the nose looked much worse than before the surgery because it had also fallen down at the front. The doctor said it was swelling and I had to wait a year for the results, so I shouldn't worry and just wait patiently. A year passed and the nose remained in the same condition. The doctor said that she would not refund the money for the failed surgery and that if I wanted a correction, I had to pay for it.
