Adam Gitay qualified at the Royal London Hospital. He has previously worked in Central London, Bedfordshire, and Western Australia before settling in Chester in 2005.

GDC no 47127 I qualified from Liverpool Dental Hospital in 1973. Most of my career so far, has been spent in general dental practice. I have also worked in the operating theatres of Alder Hey Children's Hospital; and as a Senior Dental Officer in the Community Dental Service. Thus I have always had wide interests in dentistry. My spare time activity includes, cycling, classical music and political history. My wife Carole and I also greatly enjoy the company of our children and three grandchildren. Joined Chester Dental Clinic in 2010 . Areas of special interest includes restorative and ethical aesthetic dentistry. Also qualified to do Inman Aligner to straighten teeth and improve smiles. Always late, every appointment is at least thirty minutes later than the time you turn up. I have previously been asked to arrive ten minutes early (which I did) and then waited for over an hour before being seen. Probably the poorest timekeeping I have ever known. I have adjusted this review from 1 star to 2 on the basis that I felt 1 star was unfair as I quite like the dentist, she is nice and I can’t complain about the work she’s done on my teeth.. but time keeping is one of my pet hates.... Just seen Dr Hajra Hareef with nurse Isra and I couldn't be more ecstatic with the work I had done! Very polite, easy to talk to and attention to detail was amazing. Would be more than happy to see this pair again to get anymore work done!

This is a great little dentist. which I've been using, for the last 15 years. Tucked away in a little side street, in the heart of Chester. It has very friendly, and professional staff, who are always super helpful. I used to fear, going to the dentist. But not after I found this great little practice. Absolutely disgusting service. No customer service at all, I've been chasing an extraction for my 15 year old niece to have teeth removed so she can have her braces fitted since December. I've had to push her braces back 3 times due to the negligence from this clinic to now be told that the dentist doesn't feel confident doing the extraction but I can pay privately to have them removed at one of their other clinics! I cant recommend this practice enough!! always been brilliant with me and my family i have a phobia of dentists and the new one iv seen the past twice is brilliant also the assistant is great they explained everything and put me at ease and didnt rush me let me stop if i needed i cant thank them enough they have made my teeth so much better... Phoned them to book an appointment only to be told that I am not registered with them any more, would it be nice to at least let me know before removing me?
DISGUSTING PLACE AND PEOPLE STAY AWAY, not fit for practice. lucas was only decent dentist there and now he's gone it's gone absolutely disgusting to the point I had to get my doctor to help me in the end, the staff are just rude, they will do absolutely nothing to help even when u have an infection and are in pain u still have to fight for them to help. Unbelievably poor service. Booked a check up appointment (which took me 23 calls to get through) I was told that the clinic charged me incorrectly for a retainer I had 18months before, management was due to call me, I am still waiting for that call. Everyone there is rude, unhelpful and quite clearly do not care. They also tried to sell me Invisalign's, I had braces as a child. DO NOT GO HERE.... (Show more)
another £70 down the drain, they charge you £70 to say you need a tooth out then tell you they can do it a dentist who cant extract a tooth really im not joking they can take £70 off you again, but cant extract a tooth. Never answer phones and never can get an appointment bad service
Reception staff polite and helpful dentist quick and professional some other dentists should take note of this excellent surgery as a example of a public service at its best.
A really bored and miserable sounding unhelpful receptionist answered the phone.will look elsewhere
Twice this year I have arrived for pre booked appointments with a 4yo and a baby to find the surgery closed to patients. I have submitted a complaint but had no response.
I'm really pleased with the treatment I received from these guys, and will definitely be going back for regular check ups.
I absolutely would not recommend this dental practice . They don't care about the patient . My worst dental experience here.
