Established and improvised the Embryology Laboratory of the Institute of Reproductive Medicine, Madras Medical Mission,IRM,MMM,Chennai and helped scientifically to achieve a take home pregnancy rate of 60%, eventually resulting in 3500 ICSI babies in a span of 6 years. Established and improvised the Embryology Laboratory of Roshini Aruna IVF Centre, Cuddalore, producing 150 ICSI babies in a span of 2 year. Established and improvised the Embryology Laboratory of "DIFF Hospital-Nigeria" and helped scientifically in producing 4000 ICSI babies in a span of 4 years. Established and improvised the Embryology Laboratory and IVF procedures in "CLINIQE GRACE LAA MAREA" Burkina Feso,West Africa and produced the First Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection ICSI baby. Established and improvised the Embryology Laboratory of CARE IVF,a leading IVF centre at Kolkatta, producing 500 ICSI babies in a span of 3 year. Resposible for first ivf baby at "Chennai Fertility Center and Research Institute" chennai, India. He Trained more than 600 Doctors and Embryologist in Assisted Reproductive technology ART, he also published and presented many papers in National and International conference - ISAR, IFS,ASRM,IIS, AND ASPIRE.
