About Changes Counselling & Psychotherapy Brian provides a professional, confidential and non-judgemental therapeutic service with individuals, families and adolescents. Brian completed his undergraduate studies in Psychotherapy and Psychometric Testing and is currently completing a four year clinical MSc at the Family Therapy Training Programme at the Mater Misericordiae Hospital. Brian's interest, practice and research is focused on individuals, families and adolescents. Brian has a number of years experience with clients navigating challenging dynamics and circumstances in their lives. Some examples would include depression, anxiety, deliberate self harm, suicidal ideation, substance abuse, school refusal and bullying, bereavement and stress.
