Unfortunately, the level of service is very low. I can't comment on the dental level yet, so I won't rate it. We went for an appointment to determine the possibility of getting implants. I was told that I didn't have to bring anything with me because the panoramic radiograph could be done on the spot. Once there, we learned that nothing could be determined without a CT scan, so we took this photo within an hour. The ladies downloaded the file. I heard that as soon as the doctor sees the photo, he will let us know what the next steps are. After a week of no response, I called to ask what the feedback was. I heard that the doctor will be there tomorrow and will call me. Nobody called. I called again, it turned out that the ladies didn't know why no one called, but they promised they would call the next day. On the appointed day, I received information that the file had been lost and I had to come again, which I did, reluctantly, but nevertheless. And after two weeks of waiting, when we showed up at the office with a photo, the lady told me that the doctor would look at the photo next week! No one apologized or explained us - to be honest, I forced an apology from one of the ladies. The behavior of the office is absolutely unprofessional and distrustful. The doctor himself was very nice during the first visit, so the whole issue does not refer to him but to the lack of professionalism of the reception. Scammers do this - they schedule an appointment in a few weeks, say that they are doing it on the National Health Fund, and when you waste time in the office, you will find out that they will only open your tooth for the National Health Fund, and then root canal treatment is paid and under a microscope "for a few hundred" - they say .... Today was my first visit, I met Dr. Rafał Walczyński - a very pleasant surprise! The doctor was very empathetic and explained everything thoroughly ☺️ I recommend!

My visit lasted 5 minutes. I came with my own X-ray and X-ray. I just found out that they won't do a bone transplant. The cost of the visit is PLN 150

I had a broken tooth in a hard-to-reach place, and Mrs. Iryna Krutava did her job perfectly, gently and almost without pain, and the place where the tooth was broken, I feel like a native tooth, thank you very much to Mrs. Iryna for her professionalism and attentiveness! I recommend.

My experience with Demed Stomatologia was very disappointing. I had an appointment for a panoramic x-ray and cephalometric X-ray, but when I arrived at the appointment, it turned out that they did not have a specialist who performs these tests. This is total organizational negligence and lack of professionalism. I felt completely disrespected as a patient. I do not recommend this place to anyone who expects solid dental care.... I recommend it wholeheartedly, great service, nice ladies at the reception. Dental very affordable prices and quick appointments. And you know how it is on the market, it is often expensive and the price is given at the end. Here, the offer has always been presented clearly. High level of professionalism of doctors. I was on the National Health Fund with my child, everything was fine.

I have the impression that Demed's policy is a new method of extorting money not for a grandson, but for consultations. I made an appointment for treatment (I emphasized during registration that the matter was urgent. BROKEN TOOTH), instead of treatment, the interns at the office charged me for fillings, for which I was billed PLN 50, and if I want to have my tooth treated, I have to make another appointment, this time for a consultation. . When the receptionist told me that the treatment would start at an unspecified time in months, I thought it was a hidden camera. I took a vacation and came to Poland to have my teeth treated and I came across this pathology. However, I must admit that they cooperate with a professional advertising agency and are highly rated in Google, although from the content of the positive comments it is easy to guess that they are not posted by Demed's patients.
