A very weak clinic, through messages I was promised somewhere around 6000 threads and in reality I didn't even have 4000, they said I needed an implant for a day and a half, and they asked me 1890 euros, towards the end the doctor left, they let the nurses implant me, they didn't even give me pills, I walked around Cluj at 10 at night to the pharmacies for pills, from the sides they didn't want to extract my hair, I had to I am doing another implant in Turkey, and the people there told me that I didn't even have 4000 threads implanted, I don't recommend very expensive and bad services in Turkey, I paid even less money and the results are exceptional, I also received a sleeping pillow, shampoo, pills vitamins... A very well organized and professional clinic. Very satisfied with all the services and the result. I always received a feedback for all my concerns and questions. The staff is very well prepared and very well prepared with answers to all questions.

I highly recommend the Cluj Napoca hair implant clinic!! They are super good people with common sense, patient with customers, who are at your disposal for any concerns.. On May 25, 2022, I also had the intervention.., when I got there I had a lot of emotions, but with the help of the nurses who were always at my disposal for any concerns, they helped me forget about the emotions, so it ended brilliantly. !! It is not a top clinic. You get what you paid for. The quality-price ratio is good. Minus: a lot of double triple threads on the front line, especially on the area where the grafts were placed by the nurse. Plus: I've seen much worse results for More money. Taking into account that I paid the lowest price for a good result, for me it deserves 5 stars. But clearly there is room for better.... (Show more)

I went to this clinic .. I'm simply lying to you girl .. I paid 2700 euros for 8 thousand threads of which they put 3 or 4 thousand .. I sent them pictures after that their answer was to leave them feedback..and after a year and a half I had to go to the Turks and get another implant in which they put 3 thousand wires and they seem more like the 8 thousand in Cluj..my opinion is to avoid this clinic...plus, on the first day, a doctor of mine comes, her name is Delia, after the second day, she places you with a nurse who doesn't know what planet she's on and... Doctor Delia Bugnar - Cluj Hair Implant Center - After Minoxidil and with half the amount of hair I had before Minoxidil (without seeing that my hair is getting a little thicker, whatever) I looked for Trichologists. Dermatologists who are experienced and specialize in the study of hair and hair loss issues. I came across that Center and had a hope that I would go to professionals, that they would apply those specific tests (they take pictures of the follicles and scalp, see their characteristics and based on them indicate a possible diagnosis) accompanied by an anamnesis with history, etc. . I couldn't have been more wrong. This has to be the most deplorable experience with a medical staff and a medical institution as a patient! First I tell myself that I'm scheduled at 10. I'll take another at 10.30. It wasn't a problem though, at 10.35 I went out. I was then told that I would have a free consultation later, the receptionist told me that I had to pay (even though I showed her the message they sent "You are scheduled for a free consultation"). In the pathetic attempt of the receptionist, she justifies herself - when I come next time, I won't have to pay for the consultation. Isn't that normal? Where do you pay for the second consultation when you go for the intervention? Pfft.. Then they insist that the payment with Pos-UL is made without entering the amount before entering the card. The doctor doesn't ask me my age, she doesn't ask me questions about my history, I start to tell her something in a hurry because I can already see that she doesn't take me seriously. He says I have hair on my head. I still have something, thank Heaven, do I have to come with 3 threads for you to take me seriously? Probably only then is it profitable for you to have an implant. I tell her that I came to her because she has studies in trichology and that I would like her to evaluate my scalp and hair, that you forget how it was and how it is. She tells me that she can't help me. The receptionist comes and tells me to pay. Tell me, what exactly did I pay for? EDIT: I was contacted by the manager of the center and he was interested in my experience and willing to reciprocate; thus, the money for the consultation was returned to me and I was offered a free trichoscopy consultation (which I refused because I already have an appointment elsewhere). I was pleasantly surprised! EDIT2: Mr. Manager, in his answer, tries to invalidate my "to save face" experience (no evaluation was done, no trichoscopy :)))). Sad, because the dance itself was concerned with the assumption on the phone. I'm glad I didn't accept the free consultation, I sensed that I couldn't be trusted (at least for me). I do not recommend this clinic. I had the hair transplant operation on 17.11.2021... today we are on 28.07.2022. The donor area is overexploited. I had 4 borders drawn. You can clearly see the outline of the first border where Mr. Todor Dan started harvesting, who claims that he did his best to do the best he could and is lying to himself claiming that the area looks good... he doesn't want to admit that he extracted too much grafts from that border which is visible to the naked eye and claims loud and clear that he took uniformly from all 4 borders drawn by him before the start of the extraction. Even in the front the situation is not too rosy... on one side he put grafts with 3 4 wires.. on the other with 1 2... they didn't even think to mix them a bit after sorting and counting. I want to point out that the extraction was also done at the end by a nurse named Mihaela in the part where it's ok and you can't see anything" she's more skilled than Mr. Todor Dan". Only the nurses participated in the implantation of the grafts! Once again I do not recommend! After all, you are having an aesthetic operation for beautification, not for damage. Look carefully for other doctors or other clinics with experience.. I was in too much of a hurry, this was my mistake... and now I will stay with this border maybe for a lifetime or maybe I will find a doctor who will manage to mask a little what Mr. Todor Dan messed up....
