The attention of all the staff, the location, parking, facilities and equipment are very good, Dr. Tamara Velázquez is excellent as a person and as a professional.

I saw Dr. Montoya in 2007. I still pay attention to her recommendation for my cataract!!!! Your attention is excellent!!! I no longer live in Costa Rica, but I always remember the quality of person he is!!!!

Thank God for this wonderful place and the great heart of Doctor Roberto Velazquez, very dedicated to his work and excellent work, very human like all his co-workers. Very grateful to everyone and highly recommended! ❤️

I highly recommend this ophthalmological center. Dr. Velázquez's attention is very professional and complete. For my part, I had a complete ophthalmological study and I only needed to purchase glasses (there is a vision optician inside). In the case of my sister, after the study, it was determined that she needed a Lasik operation. The operation was successful and the recovery process has been as expected. The postoperative control is very complete. The only point of improvement would be that the post-operative appointments are on Fridays, where they only work until noon that day. In my opinion the best ophthalmological center in Costa Rica. Years ago I suffered a very severe injury in my right eye in Europe, due to this my iris is partly artificial. Last year I suddenly experienced extreme pain in my eye and was truly desperate. But then I found this place and the help I got was extraordinary. Dr Roberto Velázquez knew within seconds what the occurring problem was, I was actually about to loose my implant but thanks to the treatment and a small surgery today my eye is doing fine, no pain and even my vision has improved thanks to special glasses I received in that same clinic, something I was not even hoping for anymore, so thank you very, very much! What an excellent treatment! Here I had the opportunity to have LASIK. It is a surgery that left me without needing to use glasses. All the people were very kind, they guided me perfectly, they were very patient with me, and it left me looking better than ever! It's been almost 3 months now, and within 24 hours later I could see BETTER than I could with my glasses. Every so often I forget that I'm not wearing them, but when I see very clear details, it actually makes me very, very happy. The only thing I do have to mention is that I still see a bit of a flare in bright lights. It's not the worst, it's still 100% worth it. After the first month it will improve a little. Be prepared to not exercise for a month (so you can recover). But I suggest to anyone that the treatment here was of the highest quality :)... (Show more)
