Top professionalism I have been going to this center for almost two years now and I must say that I am super satisfied. The professionalism and kindness of the doctors is one of their strong points. The work is always carried out in a very short time and with very high attention. They are also very flexible with the hours being open until 8 or 9pm and also on Saturdays. After several experiences in the Laser field I turned to Laser Milano. Definitively the solution. Recommended both for cleanliness and for courtesy and availability. The only thing that is sometimes difficult is getting in touch with the switchboard to make an appointment.

Extremely serious and professional centre, effective treatments, trained and kind staff.
Laser Milano is a very serious medical center that I turned to about three years ago for permanent hair removal of my legs. The staff, very kind and competent, advised me in a very honest way to choose a package of just a few sessions (thus saving money compared to a package of unlimited sessions), given the limited quantity of hair. I followed the advice and after very few sessions I achieved an excellent result: the hair practically disappeared, completely freeing me from the fixed commitment and stress of hair removal with waxes or otherwise. I was so satisfied from the beginning that I decided to give the treatment to my daughters too, who were also happy and satisfied. I'm only sorry about one thing: that I didn't contact Laser Milano sooner!!! I really recommend it!... (Show more)

LITTLE SERIOUSNESS. I turned to the center for a water retention problem in my legs. They recommended carboxytherapy to me, assuring me that with 800 euros I would have an improvement. Too bad my legs haven't improved even 1%. I hope with this post to prevent any of you from WASTING your money. Don't be convinced by superficial diagnoses....I should have already understood it when, for example, they didn't take any before and after photos to compare the results...how can you understand how a treatment is going if you don't have before photos? Excellent professionalism
Dr. Rizzi is obviously considered to be a god, so much that it is impossible to deliver an email to him before deciding to proceed with a treatment... and instead, you come to face a very thick army of secrateries that want to put you off as soon as possible if you are the type of patient that wants to have that extra bit of info and steal too much of their chitchat time in the office. I asked them if they have a specific brand of equipment for a desired treatment, they said a big no adding that I should go to other places. (I doubt they even asked the doctor). It appears they answered yes to another person :) furthermore, it appears that this very same Dr. Rizzi is one of the the few speakers in Candela's users meeting soon :) congrats to the team, lying is a brave act at the age of internet. Doctor “Dio” Rizzi has that divine touch, without taking anything away from his aforementioned more renowned colleague. I have undergone several treatments over the years with "laser" technology with amazing results, the effect that follows the treatment is dictated by great satisfaction.
