We were very disappointed with the service at Clínic Sax. We asked for a quote for a cleaning and they informed us that they had to do a more thorough cleaning since the gums were damaged. The treatment was good but they never gave us a quote. In the end they gave us the price to pay and they charged us 200 euros more than expected, in less than 1 hour of work, we tried to complain and request a detailed invoice, they did not help us and the invoice reflected 4 cleanings, we asked for a complaints book and no They had it on hand, they told us that they would call us and that we should come another day, we went several times and the clinic was closed for holidays, we called an emergency number which was turned off.
