A fantastic private general medicine service. The administrative part is very attentive and treats patients well. The general medicine doctor is very empathetic and pleasant. Totally recommended if you have a private insurance company. Also, then find a pharmacy nearby that you can walk to without problems. Annex has a very busy Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy center. I am very sorry to give a one-star rating, but I have my reasons for doing so due to the lack of professionalism that the administrator showed the other day with an 84-year-old patient (heart, kidneys and diabetic). My father has a wound on his foot that needs to be treated every two days. One day he showed up in the afternoon and they told him that he had to go in the morning. We understood that there was no afternoon schedule. The next day it was at 9 in the morning, when it was cool. By prescription from the cardiologist, you can only go out during the coolest hours. Once he arrived, the administrator did not want to assist him and told him to come back at 11 (in the middle of the heat wave). He also told him that he at least had breakfast. He left without being attended to. He gave priority to the people who are going to have tests and who arrived after him than to caring for an 84-year-old patient who cannot leave the house at another time. Of course, they lack humanity and empathy. In short, this clinic has disappointed us. Anyone knows that older people should avoid peak heat hours.
