Angry, I went to another dentist that I had before I had Sanitas insurance, and I told him to get one of the 3 cavities that I had left to do. Surprise! I had a bad experience with a surgeon named Hugo who wanted to go home for the weekend more than to work. Some scammers. I went for a check-up and they diagnosed me with 4 cavities. I didn't believe it since I take good care of my mouth but anything is possible. They gave me a quote of €1076 including a discharge splint which is what I was going for. I went to another private dental clinic and they told me that I only had one cavity, ONE, that the rest were stains from coffee or tobacco. And at Sanitas they wanted to play me 4 pieces when I only had one wrong. A picture, I met with the director to file a complaint form and I never returned. At the other clinic they charged me €300, almost a €700 difference with Sanitas being my insurance. Be very careful because they only want to get your money. The disastrous experience.... I had my check up done and was told that extraction of wisdom teeth is included in my insurance. I double checked after getting the result and quote. On the day of the extraction, after they put me anaesthesia, they told me I have to pay for it and that they were confused about the insurance situation. I was explaining with them what was told to me during the check up and my quote that they gave me after being administered with anaesthesia and still pushed that I have to pay for it or to sign up for their insurance instead of mine.... The surgeon who touched me didn't even look at my mouth, speaking super dry, super serious, I hardly even entered the consultation, he talked to me from the door and was super unempathetic, and the receptionists, well what can I say about them... they are nothing friendly, and when you cancel an appointment and tell him the reason, which in my case was because of this man, he responds with "ah well then that's it" we can't even change you to another one or anything, nothing nothing... they don't care about everything, I have sanitas insurance but I can assure you that it is not because of the dental... Delighted with the service provided. The hygienist Ivonne is very delicate in her work, thorough and answers all your questions. If I could choose a hygienist as well as a dentist, I would repeat with her. Could Sanitas consider this suggestion?☺️

It is a great dental clinic, with great professionals and quality service. Clear explanations and good treatment. A little expensive but better than other clinics.

They left me wondering... The first appointment I went to have my annual check-up with a doctor and they told me that I had to restore an old healing in a tooth because it was broken and could cause cavities. For my second appointment I went to have the restoration done and I got an appointment with a doctor at the same clinic. And in the office he told me that he didn't see anything wrong with that tooth but he did see nothing wrong with the other one and he opened the other tooth for me. Apparently none of them were urgent since I didn't feel any pain, but since the first doctor had given me a "pulp cap" my husband, who is a dental technician, told me that this should heal me quickly so as not to cause serious problems. In the end I didn't know who was wrong, the doctor or the woman... I mean they left me with the doubt of having to go back to another dentist for a third opinion...... (Show more)

The treatment at this Sanitas clinic is great, the hygienist, Alba, cleaned me with incredible care and affection. I also get orthodontics done at the clinic and I am very satisfied.

I went to have a check-up and I was amazed when I entered the clinic since the hygienists and the receptionist were eating and chatting at the reception. The entire clinic smelled like food and on top of that they made me wait 40 minutes. until they finished. Terrible organization! I don't plan to return.... (Show more)
