Excellent place if you need a medical consultation. They have several specialties. There's a pharmacy

Excellent health center, there are many medical specialties and it is a very nice building. There are cafes, bathrooms, parking, consultations are cheap. Good doctors.

Very bad service, you have to stand in line to get the number to stand in line to pay and the services are not the cheapest

The only tomograph in operation from Plaza Venezuela to the west is the health center, good care and security.

They must improve access to enter the place. There are several queues to enter according to the specialties of the studies and medical consultations, then you proceed to queue to cancel at different checkouts regardless of what is going to be done. I suggest that you do not charge the same at all checkouts since some are faster than others and the entry order that was already done outside is lost (those who arrive last go first). On the other hand, there should be preferential treatment for the elderly and disabled. I came to have my mother (74 years old, with cognitive problems) undergo an Endoscopy, she has not eaten food for 18 hours and it was turn #8 It takes from 45 to 1 hour with each patient depending on the study, it is just my humble opinion in order to improve the service.... Excellent service, they open early, the staff is uniformed, clean, they work in order. Suggestions for improvement are to remodel the men's and women's bathrooms for wheelchair access, the toilet area and the door. Plus more boxes to pay. For tomography that has high demand it is only one box and it takes at least 1 hour to cancel. That's why I don't give it 5 stars.... (Show more)
