I have had orthodontics installed in this dental clinical center for 2 years. Yara assists me, quite professional, very kind and attentive. I am very happy with my process, now looking forward to removing the braces soon. I have also had a reconstruction and a crown placed with the Doctor. Satisfied with the result.... (Show more)
The definition for this dental clinic would be: "chaos". I waited a month for the appointment and two days before I called to confirm and they told me that coincidentally they were going to cancel it because the doctor couldn't come and they wanted to reschedule the appointment for another month later. You call and they ask for your phone number to call back and they never do. Of course, if this is the case before going, I don't want to imagine what a disaster it will be in the event of treatments. Although I have not yet completed the treatment, I can tell you in advance that I am very happy with the results obtained to date. They have a lot of work, and sometimes you have to wait a little longer than you would like, (Although I am a little impatient 😂), They have a very qualified and talented team. The truth is that they give you an appointment and always late and I don't recommend it to anyone.
It's been less than a year since I finished fixing my entire mouth and a tooth has broken and two fillings have fallen out. I think it's not normal. On top of that, I went to the emergency room yesterday, because the departure hurts me and they only give me a budget for devitalization, reconstruction and crown in another one that I need, they only send me amoxicillin for the pain and give me a date for the end of January, without giving me a solution or an explanation as to why. In less than a year my fillings fell out and the tooth broke. When giving me the quote I tell them that they gave me the Ocaso discount and they tell me that with Ocaso it is more expensive. I call Ocaso and they give me the prices and there are treatments that go down by up to €200. The truth is that I do not recommend the clinic, because it is not normal that the treatments do not last and that a tooth that is supposedly devitalized hurts. Disastrous.... (Show more)
Excellent treatment, very good professionals.
Feeling very sorry, it makes no sense for one to go to the emergency room with a cavity that is affecting the nerve, causing constant pain, and for them to give me an appointment for a month and a half later...and while the month and a half passes, every day go take a painkiller……I thought it was a joke and a regrettable service...
