A few years ago I had a laser session with Dr. Montillet, a few days later nothing abnormal, the face was swollen, but even after the healing period my cheeks remained red and voluminous. Even years later I still have the stigma, I don't recommend it at all knowing that she didn't even respond to my requests regarding this. I recently went to the laser dermo center in Montpellier, very reassuring staff and above all very positive sessions in terms of results, nothing to do with here.... (Show more)

A bad experience... Burns and lack of consideration of the intensity of the pain. I do not recommend you

I came to the laser center to have semi-permanent makeup removed. A DISASTER, I paid €250 for sessions for a mediocre result! They don't know what they're doing and are unsure of themselves. Very disappointed with my experience today. I have been coming to this center for years and this time Dr Montillet ruined everything. Mean and not at all kind, she hurt me a lot during the laser session and didn't even apologize. I am a client who has already come several times to have my tattoo removed, and the last time I asked her if she could remove a mini tattoo (star) on my hand, she counted me as if it were a big one like the others I know that a session is 40th not even a small gesture nothing I had 120 on me, and she told me to go withdraw because she doesn't take checks and doesn't take a credit card, I'm really very disappointed and what's more she burned me 😔, it's really disappointing she saw that I hadn't put cream on my hands, the anesthesia cream, and she did the laser which even I'm very disappointed 40th to remove a little star on the hand it took 1 second for 40th big scam 🤬... Customer for almost 10 years, top notch staff, very competent, plus they are real dermatologists..! The secretary is a real love, I recommend it to people looking for quality and effective aesthetic medicine services!

Very warm welcome from the secretaries for the rest to be strongly discouraged, after many sessions on the face, and a worsening of my hair growth, I doubt their honesty, I think they are doing business!!! Cash payments €100, more expensive than elsewhere. I found myself with hair regrowth on my cheeks and jaws in areas where there was no hair.... a shave on the face before sessions = stimulation of growth…. No skills. I had hair on my lip, chin and neck, now I have a beard. Flee this office and Dr. Montillet…. I have never had a quote for blood tests, nor any protocol to follow, and when you ask questions everything is always normal, it follows its course after 5 or 6 sessions per year for 5 years I end up with a beard . Condescending, Dr. Chataigner had to forget the Hippocratic Oath in favor of a career as an aesthetic technician. Furthermore, its prices are higher than the average. I strongly advise against it.

I have been attending this center for several years now. First for tattoo removal (5 sessions were enough instead of the estimated 7-10!), then for hair removal (I also had very good results) I think the outcome depends on the doctor. For my part, Doctor Albès is excellent, attentive, meticulous and very professional. As for the secretariat, in my opinion it is competent, friendly and efficient with a special mention for Chantal who is great :)... (Show more)

Very gentle doctor who really explains what she is going to do to you. Do not encourage overconsumption of appointments, only use the number of sessions necessary. I highly recommend

1 star is already too much... After more than a year and a half of facial laser hair removal in this center, the result is worse than when I arrived. In fact, the secretary (not qualified) shaved my face before sessions, so as to activate hair regrowth (very good technique for their wallet). After consultation with a qualified dermatologist, it turns out that you should ESPECIALLY not shave your face... And I'm not talking about the unfriendly welcome and the torture-like sessions. Doctor 30 to 40 minutes late for each appointment without even an apology, rather unfriendly and I was in really, really bad pain during each session (even with anesthetic cream). A real torture session and yet I'm not cozy. So I decided to change center after 3 sessions... And that's how I realized that on top of that they have prices of 150 euros more compared to other centers. other doctors! I do not recommend at all. This aesthetic laser center is strongly not recommended! Taking care of my 16 year old teenager without any assessment before the sessions at the risk of increased hair growth! Result 1 session carried out and after advice from another dermatologist (more serious), stopping the laser following blood tests and postponing the laser until approximately the age of majority! Never do laser (hair) without a blood test otherwise it smells like a scam! No seriousness from Dr. Cuq Viguie. Ethics not respected and especially the financial aspect highlighted! First of all, a very warm welcome from the secretary who is very kind as well as Doctor Cuq-Viguier. After laser hair removal sessions, no problem with burning or side effects as we sometimes hear. I recommend without any problem!
