Excellent all round care... Great with nervous patients
All the staff are always very professional and friendly and make going to the dentist a pleasurable experience. More importantly or maybe just as much though the work has saved my teeth.
An excellent practice staff always explain why they recommend things and what options I have. I cannot recommend them highly enough !
Very pleased with the treatment I have received at this practice.
I had my hygienist visit today with Helen and Megan. Always treated very well, and Helen is especially considerate to your wellbeing, and ensuring you are in no discomfort. A good sign is that I feel quite sleepy after a while, so that's a great sign. Reception staff are also very welcoming and helpful too. Highly recommend CAPI!... (Show more)
Excellent treatment from Prue and her dental nurse. Plenty of time to have queries answered. The practice is too modest to say "cowards welcome" in its publicity, but if the idea of a dentist terrifies you, then come here: the staff are first class, and you will soon lose you fear.

Lockdown delayed our routine visit to our dentist, Peter, 'Painless', Newman- Brown, with assistant, Jade and super hygienist Kiwi 'Pru', assisted by Meghan. You may ascertain from my over familiar, if not rude, references that we know this 'A' team and you'd be right, we have been patients of PNB for well over thirty years and when he migrated and merged with another top notch dentist, we followed suit. The staff are very careful to explain everything, treatment, problems and booking arrangements. They are all to be commend .
Broken front tooth, repaired immediately, in and out in 45 minutes and, although I shouldn't really admit this, lower cost that I thought. Excellent!
