Very structure, calm, professional and orderly. They are open and welcoming. The service is up to par. I was treated by Dr. Molani, a kind and super talented guy. Seriously, he has inestimable talent, I advise you to go there.
Went to my appointment at Clinique Denticare as planned, only to find out they had no clue about it. Total time-waster, and not a single 'sorry.'
Called in and explained I had issues with the location, wanted to speak to someone about it, was denied a supervisor after explaining badly set fillings person said "okay?"

I highly recommend the service, a few weeks ago I was in Canada and I needed to get a cleaning done, it has Spanish-speaking staff, a very kind and attentive girl, she supported me a lot because of my language. If you have any questions, ask for Adriana.

Their X-ray machine produces very low quality images (I took them to a good/renowned clinic and they thought my x-Ray images were several years old). Plus they recommended filling out 4 teeth whereas the other clinic said they are fine. They also kept pushing me to do cleaning and they were like “there is something about cleaning your teeth that we will tell you when you come for cleaning”. Ok doctor but if you know I’m doing something wrong you should tell me, I was already charged for it! Addition: they called and explained that the images were low quality because they were sent to me via email and the rest was a miss-understanding. I don’t remember the exact wordings I heard during my visit but I do remember I left the clinic thinking I had to possibly fill out 4 teeth or else they can get worse. So I had to seek out a 2nd opinion (since I had no symptoms) and pay out of pocket since my insurance had already paid for the first visit at this clinic. They also told me what they needed to tell me was something that a hygienist explains and so that’s why they said they’d explain during the cleaning. But somehow the 2nd clinic explained all of that during the checkup and even showed me how to better floss my teeth.... (Show more)
Front office employees are not at all accountable. Took an appointment and went to clinic , we were at reception sitting idle for an hour , came back home with meeting doctor . Clinic staff is not at all bothered of patients. Clinic is not recommended
Dr. Tachjian and his team are kind and caring about their patients experience. My procedure felt like a breeze. P.S Get your teeth checked, it's for your own good.
