Top center, impeccable secretariat, close to patients and always attentive. Very small downside A little delay in appointment times 😊 …

Horrible experience, I have been traumatized by gynecologists for two years now because I was examined at 17 years old without my consent, taking advantage of the fact that no one was with me. Does not respect anything and especially not consent. Don't make an appointment.

Very friendly secretary, very professional and efficient telephone conversation. Very bad experience with Dr. FRIES. Followed for my 2nd pregnancy, from my first appointment I was advised not to gain any pregnancy kg because my BMI is too high, without even trying to find out about my diet or my lifestyle. Telling myself that I was putting myself in danger and that I was putting my baby's life in danger, that I had to do sports too, despite my fatigue, my ligament pain, my 2-year-old daughter to manage and my work as a 40 hours/week… Comparing myself to a smoker who would be advised to stop smoking. Or to a driver who drives at 180 km/h on the highway without having an accident when I explain that for my first pregnancy my daughter was doing very well, and that I did not have gestational diabetes. I heard at each appointment that I was putting myself in danger (small clarification I had only gained 2kg at 4 months of pregnancy) no solution or advice was given to me... relentlessness! Inhumane, unprofessional person, in no way cares about the mother, I was very touched by these appointments!... (Show more)

I give 5 stars. We often note the doctors at this center but rarely the secretary. Pleasant secretary, always smiling on the phone or face to face, responds to all our requests, very accommodating. It's nice to have someone online who understands you, explains you and helps you, someone who is in a good mood, secretaries like that are rare compared to other centers. Very friendly and deserves more than 5 stars.... (Show more)

Very welcoming secretary, whether in the office or on the phone. Doctor Ponsar is professional, attentive, fair in his comments and explanations of situations. The wait can certainly be a little long but this is not surprising when you know how much work the doctors have to do.

Disappointed with this consultation. I expected more listening I went there because of hormonal acne. I suggested that it could be due to the contraceptive pill and the first thing the replacement said to me: what pill are you thinking of? Well, I don’t know, it’s a bit like your job… she prescribed one for €33, not refunded. No hormonal assessment, significant overage of fees and she told me at the end “to receive the results you will have to pay through the laboratory”. Ok we are in France and a classic gynecology consultation costs €80 Very average !... (Show more)

To flee. - Surprise additional costs: I consult for a sterilization (where I will explain the lack of professionalism below), and I am offered a smear, presented as a small routine check. There you go, it is common for a small visit to the gynecologist to offer this check, I don't ask any more questions. When leaving, I paid for the consultation (€50), still not warning me that the smear was charged extra. Several weeks following the consultation, I received an invoice by mail for around €50. I ignore this bill thinking it was an error on their part. However, I receive reminder letters, before litigation. When I contacted Medipath to find out more about this bill, I learned that it was for the exam that still had to be paid. OK. And when I ask how is it that I was not informed during the consultation or even when paying in the office, I am told "see with Camille Ponsar" (it's a shame, it was her replacement ). When I ask for an email address to communicate in writing (because there is a threat of litigation, so it is normal to require written records), I am only given his telephone number. Thank you very much for this useless information by the way. Frankly, having done medical visits, everyone has their own functioning. But it seems to me that ALL practitioners must warn their patients of additional costs as well as request their CONSENT. But that was not the case here. Let's move on to the reason for my consultation and how it was managed: - For the sterilization request, here are the following thoughts: “Your companion must have his vasectomy reviewed” (except in my case, my companion can no longer undergo surgical procedures) “People file complaints because they reconsider their decision after surgery” (so what are the legal 4 months of reflection for? Another invention to ingrain backward thoughts?) “You will want other children if you change partners” (it is only pregnancy that is unbearable for me, there are other ways of having a family it seems to me. And yes there There are women for whom the idea of pushing their body and mind to their limits is a permanent anguish, especially when their job is already physical.) "Men suffer less from a vasectomy. You know, a tubal ligation is more difficult, you have to open it, it's irreversible." (Why are I being compared to a man? I'm a woman, with a uterus, ovaries, stop talking to me about vasectomies and damn men. It's about me and no one else! ) And honestly, I'm going through some. At no time was I asked why I wanted sterilization, what it meant for me (and not for the men or those around me, in fact. I love them but I don't care... ), no constructive discussion came out of it. Damage. The great women of this world would have turned in their graves more than once if they had witnessed this. Brief. A shame from A to Z. A pure nightmare. That's all I had to say.... Even before the appointment, the secretary referred me and was interested in my problem. Kind and courteous. Then, at the time of the appointment, DR Ponsar's replacement was very kind and very empathetic about my apprehension (gynecological appointments have always been synonymous with a painful struggle for me)... I really understood suffered less than usual and above all, they finally took the trouble to explain everything to me correctly! Thank you so much for giving me back my confidence in gynecological appointments 🤗✨... (Show more)

I went there for a first date. Everything went very well. A very pleasant welcome. A doctor who is also attentive and caring. For me, for whom the gynecological appointment is always a bad time, I left reassured. Also I highly recommend 🙏🏼🙂 …

Very nice home ! The secretary and the doctors are very friendly and attentive. Not only is everything well explained, but they take the time to take an interest in our personal case and our pathology if this is the case. I was very apprehensive going there for the first time, because I no longer trusted gynecologists and I avoided consultations and medical examinations like the plague, but everything went very well. I came back to continue my follow-up and I will come back, because I finally found the gynecologist who knew how to listen to me, understand me and help me. A big thank you to this team and keep it up! :)... (Show more)

MISCARRIAGE IN THE TOILET OF THE CENTER!!!!! On 12/21/2020, on the advice of the emergency room, my partner, who was 11 weeks pregnant, and I showed up early for our 11:00 a.m. appointment because my partner was suffering from contractions and bleeding. When I arrived at the office, I informed a gynecologist who told me that she was informing our doctor and to wait for our appointment time without deigning to get up from her office to see my partner's condition. It is then 10:20 a.m. We waited until 11:05 a.m. among the other patients passing by, my partner was in pain and crying a lot. I decided to go to another gynecologist for help, she gave my partner Spasfon. My partner then went to the toilet in the waiting room where she had a miscarriage, when I informed the first gynecologist, I was shocked and very angry, she just returned to her office. We were taken care of at 11:30 a.m., our doctor then told us that she didn't know anything. I obviously caused a scandal. But that's not all, at the end of the consultation, the doctor begins to write down on his computer everything I say out of anger, accuses me of threatening her and conditions the continuation of the care on forgetting this traumatic event. We will never forget our visit to the Pont Neuf gynecological center… Nothing could prevent this miscarriage, I know, but they knew how to make it a real nightmare.... (Show more)

Unfriendly, unfriendly secretary, zero professionalism, bordering on contemptuous. With a very condescending voice!! I strongly advise against... Or change secretary.

I am followed by Dr Aurélie Bénit whom I recommend with my eyes closed. She accompanied me throughout my pregnancy and allowed me to calmly approach the arrival of my baby. She is a gentle, attentive gynecologist who takes the time to do things right. Generally speaking, the office is very good and the secretaries are always smiling and accommodating!... (Show more)

Top office, I was a new patient, I had an appointment in less than a month, the secretary was adorable, I had a replacement doctor, Mrs. Crouzoulon, brilliant who really took the time to explain everything to me very carefully. listening, reassuring. After my more than unsuccessful experiences in other offices, I know that I will finally return there without apprehension. Thank you so much... (Show more)

Very pleasant and attentive secretary. Dr. Ponsar and Dr. Benit are very professional and take the time to answer questions. The wait can be long, but understandable when you know that in case of emergency they can see us during the day.
