I made an appointment with this dermatologist for my daughter who is in bed in Liège. I received 5 text and email reminders to remind me of the appointment. So my daughter came back from Liège and 1 hour before the appointment we received a call to say that the appointment was canceled. It's simply shameful. Once but not twice. Not serious!... I had an appointment with Dr Mahjoub. This is my first appointment with an ophthalmologist. My eyesight is failing and it's starting to bother me. Nothing too exotic. 40 minutes of waiting in a multifunctional room of less than 20m2: waiting room, secretariat and examination room. Privacy? To do what !!??!! The doctor sees me, I explain my feelings to him. He examines me and gives me his diagnosis which I don’t understand. He stammers, corrects himself, does not articulate and above all does not adapt his language (I am not a medical doctor). I point out to him that it is not clear. He gets annoyed and becomes very unpleasant. Once I understand his diagnosis, he will not correct my problem and I question him and re-explain my problem to him. His tone rises and he is almost aggressive! He corrects his prescription giving me the impression that it is just to close the appointment and get rid of me. All in 5 minutes. I go back to the multifunction room and learn that electronic payment is not possible. The device is on order according to the secretary. Looking at previous reviews, it has been on order for at least 7 months! Brief! I made an appointment with another ophthalmologist!... (Show more)
