Never answer their phones and hung up on too many times, taking my awesome insurance elsewhere...
Don't go here!!! They're cold & rude. You don't get your results back for weeks bc they don't care enough to call you! It took them a month to call me & tell me my mole needed to be removed bc it could turn into cancer! They'd had the results back for 3 weeks & I'd been calling them for 3wks wanting my results! They kept claiming someone would call me back but nobody ever did! Finally I called their corporate branch & filed a complaint! I got a phone call that afternoon!! Now my sister had her mole removed there three weeks ago (against my advice NOT TO GO THERE) & they won't call her back either! Even tho she called & they claim they have her results! That's just plain unprofessional! Not to mention dangerous! If someone's mole needs to be removed right away or if their results come back awful- they should be notified IMMEDIATELY!!!! Not weeks/months later! Make time for your patients! It's your job! They are the one & ONLY reason your business exists!!! REMEMBER THAT!... (Show more)
