Appointment for a growth ultrasound. We have been waiting for almost an hour at the moment and everyone who comes in later gets their turn earlier. Yes, there are several doctors and various tests, but this is no longer fun.

Helped by a rude lady of about 60 years old. This was in the emergency room due to a fatal peanut allergy. Placed in a waiting room in peace and quiet as if nothing had happened. It was decided that an IV had to be started and therefore had to be inserted into a vein. Like some clumsy farmer, I try to prick without using a tourniquet and when I indicate that it hurts, I say that it is not possible because the needle has already been removed. Beautiful building

Surgery to remove a lobe of the thyroid gland. There was enough attention. Everything went very well. The conditions are excellent. There was no pain at all. I don't know how the doctors did it. They are wizards♥️

My uncle spent two weeks in the hospital, department west 52 in Sittard It is sad when a terminal client is not cared for on the day of admission to a hospice and still has to be dressed by the ambulance staff My uncle felt like rubbish being thrown out onto the street Very sad how clients are treated here!!! Geleen: Sent to ER by attentive HAP, where sepsis knee "exploded"; panic => 2 IV lines with antibiotics but had to drive to Heerlen myself (without pain relief!!) because it was possible (I cursed every pebble between Geleen and Heerlen). Heerlen: Recorded on 12, with the "nurse from HELL!" (3x angry when you have to pee (sorry saline drip); she wants you to walk (sepsis in knee; physically impossible) and she pulls up your pants without cleaning (+39° fever & sepsis; you don't even know your name Dr. argument? You came in yourself, you are young and it was busy. Never received an apology, not even when I went to 11 3 days later. Midline that has been hurting since Wednesday? Reported every time that it also got worse It is not believed, they don't even LOOK at the IV entrance. On Sunday night at 3⁰⁰, panic because of an inflammation in the midline. Central line (despite warning that local pain relief does not work for me) placed without sedation. I feel sorry for the people who died that day. came out of the OR, screaming in pain. The man had to take me to the X-ray: there was no staff for that (19⁰⁰). Anesthesiologist's message to me for staff: they must flush the lines; on the 3rd morning this is refused "no order for"; a lot of hassle and up and down calls. Then someone finds out that there is a 3/day flushing sticker on the IV (which goes through your neck=>pulmonary artery & you don't see it as a patient); oh...forgot... 20 days of hospitalization, 15 AIOS/AIONS (doctors in training) seen; due to complications, asked several times for the DOCTOR/supervisor (even if it was just a name). Never seen/heard. Name was refused to be released. Response from an AIOS during a check-up: "You're still alive, aren't you?" When asked for an X-ray of the knee in question 1½ months after admission, "you can still stand, not necessary". Same consultation when asked for lung examination because very short of breath & palpitations "Come in in 18 months" If that is the level that Zuyderland operates at; I have told everyone who knows me; If I ever get into an ambulance and it dares to drive to Geleen/Heerlen=[> drive it off the road, put a stretcher on the roof and race to Maastricht. Never never never to Zuyderland again. According to MUMC -sepsis knee has been "treated" to such an extent that a half knee prosthesis is no longer possible =[> Zuyderland should have informed me -diaphragm muscle is affected by sepsis -heart pumps too little oxygen due to sepsis The last 2 explain shortness of breath; Zuyderland should have concluded and dealt with this... First of all, I would like to say that healthcare in the Netherlands is very expensive! And Secondly, Very Bad IN our fancy Zuyderland! Tip 1: For everyone who still finds their life meaningful and really wants to be helped! Then please go to Belgium or Germany. Tip 2: If you ever have to go to a Neurologist in Zuyderland and you get CHAOOT! Doctor F. ROOYER! Then please quickly get another one or go to Belgium Genk/Hasselt! This Chaoot made Mistake after Mistake! Very Blunt and Uninterested! Forget quite a lot! Call appointments, forward medication! Had to run after it ourselves! And this brat forgets to forward important referrals to the UMC Maastricht, even if you ask for it twice! If you are not interested, you will be told that you just have to wait!! After 4 months of waiting, the AAP literally came out of the sleeve!! Mr. SNOTNOSE plays with Human Lives! Because Pietertje had not referred anything at all! Chaootje thought we should wait! Well, that could have taken a very long time if we hadn't called Maastricht ourselves! Because in Maastricht they knew nothing! Mister was probably busy playing in the climbing frame instead of treating the customers nicely and referring them asap! We never received a phone call or an apology! Very bad Fergus! SHAME ON YOU!! If I could give 0 stars I would... I called the appointment line on October 20 at 1:26 PM to take a blood test for gestational diabetes. I was helped by an older man on the phone who also put me on hold twice. The call lasted 6 minutes and 19 seconds. I arrive at the hospital on October 24 while calling an employee because I was stuck in traffic on the way there. And then I was told that I didn't have an appointment. Okay, well, it can happen, right? (it shouldn't be allowed, but it can happen) Then I say to her what is strange because I did pass on all my details to that gentleman on October 20. To which was her response. You must have done something wrong since you are now late yourself. 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫 mind is blown ??!! why because I was stuck in a traffic jam? Well I'm so angry about this. I retrieved the conversation from October 20 and I now have proof that on October 20 I called an employee who would have scheduled me for October 24 at: 8:05, 9:20 and 2:00 I don't know which employees worked there on October 20, 1:26 PM and October 24, 8:12 AM, but you should not work in a hospital and then address me as a patient as "girl"??... I now understand that they want to bring various departments from Heerlen hospital to Sittard. There is no atmosphere here at all, what a dead idea it is here. There is at least a certain ambiance in Heerlen or Maastricht, but in Sittard there is really no one walking around. Depressing how empty the hospital is. Unfortunately, our size is now full. A wrong diagnosis has already been made once and unfortunately I now experience that “complaints” that I experience as a person are NOT taken seriously.
