Excellent service and very kind staff! Definitely recommended.
I visited the spa during my vacation in Cyprus and I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff and the results of my treatment. The spa manager Chaido, walked me through the procedures and helped me choose the best for my condition providing information and before and after pictures. Being a regular customer for the past (at least) two years I am always impressed by the professional standards of the staff, skin care methodes and products as well as the various machines used for rejunivation. ISO Certificates are available; indicating a safe and proper proceedure at all times.

I can not give 5 stars, just because my lady therapist made me feel more than uncomfortable. Her Assistant is a lovely lady, polite and friendly. My Doctor therapist must take some care lessons from her. I don't remember her name , but thank you that you was kind enough to forget my experience with the "Dr. Attitude".... (Show more)

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERIVICE!! I have came across their website while searching for a nail technician (different services than they offer) because on their old website they advertise that they make manicures. I have been very polite with them and have only asked if they do that. The lady that answered said “No, we don’t do nails lady, this is a Med Center. Ade bye” and closed up the phone. I thought I heard wrong and that was a mistake, so I called again to ask if the place I called was named Cellsan Med Spa. She replied to my question very angrily saying “ Yes!! You are looking at an old website. We did nails 3 years ago. What do you want me to say?”. I was speechless by her behavior and have just said “It is not my fault that you website is not updated”. The last thing I heard was “Ohhh My goooodd” and then she hung up. I will never ever reach again for their services!!!... (Show more)
Highly professional and experienced staff who are able to identify the customers' concerns and problems without thinking about their pocket first.
I had tried a number of different methods of hair removal over the past 11 years and had no success. Following having treatments for laser hair removal I ended up with significantly more facial hair than I had had prior to the treatments. Feeling that the problem was mine and not being aware of any other options I continued on with the hope the situation would improve. I was left with scarring. After doing some research on the internet I made an appointment with Cellsan Medical Institute and wish I would have discovered Cellsan years earlier. I saw a significant reduction in hair growth after 2 sessions. My skin is clear, the ingrown hairs are no longer an issue and the regrowth is thin and sparse to the point that I no longer notice the regrowth in between sessions. I have been told that I might need only extra 2 sessions. Amazing! I felt no pain whatsoever, no smelling of burnt hair, like before, my skin feels really soft. Never have to worry about something that has been such a source of embarrassment for me my entire adult life! It's a great feeling. The clinic is top, very modern, and the ladies professionals. And done ! I wrote a positive review about 5-6 months ago about me starting my laser theraphy at Cellsan clinic. And here I am now hairless !!:). After 3 session , I have to say I am more then impressed - after trying one area , I decided to do my full body. Amazing ! I can say 80%-90% from my hair is gone . The skin feels amazing : very soft, hairless everywhere- amazing. The service is 5* star. Very clean, modern, professional, extremely nice and friendly. They became my no1 place to go. I started my theraphy for cellulite with their Mp Venus! The treatment again feels like a relaxing warm massage , after 1 session I lost about 3 cm from my abdomen and 2,5 from my hips.I still have 6 sessions to go. Their technologies are top world wide. I've googled it and this Mp Venus is the best technology for cellulite with FDA, medical ISO approval . My friend finished 6 sessions and she is absolutely happy with results. I sincerely recommend! Wou, what a clinic! Very elegant and modern in the best location in Limassol. I am very happy i found them in "what a clinic"! I was very nice welcomed by a beautiful lady Mrs.Julia, i don't know if it is the owner but she seemed to be the boss. After very nice explanations and a very good cappuccino:), i decided to start my bikini permanent hair removal. What a difference!Absolutely painless!Compared to 4 traumatic sessions i did in the highest reviewed clinic here:((with absolutely no results!At Cellsan they have this new Ultrasound and Inos which i heard in Germany before.They guarantee each treatment, so in 3 weeks i go for free to check and refresh the treatment in case i have some little hairs coming.Great!! i will do full body next time.As you can go in the sun and do treatment without problems, plus they treat blond hair which i couldn't treat before.very happy!
