Communication lower level than a drainpipe Very unprofessional You arranged yesterday for my son to have an X ray today I bring him for his appointment only to be told you haven’t done the paperwork and to comeback next week I tell you I can’t, so you tell me to think about an appointment time No apologies, no sorry nothing Then you call my wife to say my son doesn’t need an X ray until march when he has his braces fitted Make up your mind and don’t waste peoples time So potential clients, if you got time to waste and want to be messed around use these clowns... My daughter had braces fitted by Bernie and the result is excellent. She is really pleased with the results. Bernie is friendly, helpful and has always been there to help and advise when needed. Would recommend Cathedral orthodontics.

So pleased with the final result!! I have now had the whitening treatment so the icing on the cake 🎂 no longer self conscious when laughing and smiling. It has made such a difference. My recent visit to Cathedral Orthodontics was unfortunately a disappointing experience, prompting me to give it a mere one-star rating. From the moment I entered the clinic, I sensed an unwelcoming atmosphere that left much to be desired. The staff seemed disinterested and failed to create the kind of environment one would hope for in a healthcare facility. Professionalism was notably lacking throughout my visit. Communication was poor, and I felt like just another face in the crowd rather than an individual seeking care. The staff's apparent lack of concern for patients' well-being was disheartening. Waiting times were excessively long, even with a scheduled appointment. This lack of organization added unnecessary frustration to an already subpar experience. Moreover, the orthodontist failed to provide adequate explanations about the proposed treatment plan. I left the clinic feeling uneasy. My experience with Cathedral Orthodontics fell far short of expectations. The combination of an unwelcoming atmosphere, lack of professionalism, extended waiting times, inadequate explanations, and outdated facilities leaves me with no choice but to discourage potential patients from considering this orthodontic practice. Not super happy with my experiences with this orthodontics. The quality of service is good and they are very experienced. I was originally wanting a few months for an appointment because they didn't take my details down properly. As a paying customer, if i could go back I'd take my business elsewhere as the customer service is not great by some receptionists and other dentists. As they are an NHS and private practice, they don't seem to have alot of time to fit in people and normaly say that they are very busy like its your problem. Both children have had braces fitted here at No 80 and we’ve appreciated the compassion, patience and great care taken by all of the staff. If we needed an emergency appointment, the receptionists worked hard to fit us in. Great service and aftercare from everyone - thank you so much!

One of the Receptionists is EXTREMELY rude! As if she's on some weird powertrip! Vile attitude and needs looking into!

A very skilled orthodontist. Reception team and the treatment co ordinators go above and beyond to help. Would recommend to go here for teeth straightening.

My son Sam and daughter Lucy had fixed braces and can highly recommend Cathedral Orthodontist. Howell is absolutely fantastic and explains the plan and procedures clearly. Any issues they always happy to help. Also like to mention Bernadette who we also seen a lot and was also fantastic and helpful. I had private treatment with Howell (Invisalign) and had a excellent experience. Howell gave excellent advise and any issue’s that occurred along the way he was always had a positive approach And helped me gain my goal. Absolutely the worst, will take you off the list for anything. Would much rather recommend invisalign than these clowns!

Both of my kiddies have just finished their lengthy orthodontic treatment here and we have been so grateful for everything Howell and Bernadette ( plus their support teams) have done for us .
