A big thank you to all the staff at this clinic. From emergencies, to all the staff from the 2nd floor to the physiotherapist surgeon, you have all been extremely kind and caring towards me.

Thank you to all the staff, cleaning staff, caregivers, nurses, physiotherapists, who took care of me during this end-of-year holiday period. Quite a team, well done. Best wishes for this New Year.

La Casamance Aubagne emergency mother 91 years old returned, at 10 a.m. we waited in the waiting room for more than 10 hours without ever giving any news!!! No time for family result come back tomorrow morning, received call the next day at 7:30 a.m. to announce the death of our mother,!!!!!! Hospitalized in outpatient surgery for an endoscopy on December 21, I have nothing but praise for this department as well as the operating room. A flawless organization, professional and caring staff. Fast and efficient support. Everything you expect when visiting the hospital. If I had a few comments to make with a view to improvement: I only suffered from the cold, whether in the day hospital or in the operating room. Also I find that the curtains closing the boxes are not conducive to privacy (transparent) and confidentiality. When I was in the hallway waiting to be greeted at 8 a.m. I could hear everything that was said between the patients entering their box and the staff. Perhaps it’s because I’m a nurse myself that this caught my attention.. Despite this, I highly recommend this hospital for everything else. See you at noon, I arrive on time to avoid disrupting the day of the doctor who will see me. DR Barry notes ENT being absent is supposed to be replaced by Dr Émilie Forestier. It turns out that she never showed up for the appointment, so I lost an hour of my life with a nagging ear infection, during my meal break which only lasted an hour, result no consultation, no meal and therefore more fatigue. It's shocking, no one was there to help us because obviously there was a lunch break, everyone was at the table except us. I strongly advise against the clinic. Instead, go to independent firms to avoid these kinds of mishaps. For the record, the lady who was supposed to come after me saw her February appointment moved to today so that in the end she would not receive help and will therefore have to wait 2 additional months for a new appointment.... My mother was being treated for drowsiness problems with an appliance on her and a nurse called out to one of her colleagues to make fun of her and call her, I quote Teletubbies, a shame. 3 years of nursing study to have service in healthcare establishments. A shame, I don't mind that we lack caregivers, but from there we have to recruit specimens... (Show more)

Hospitalized for 3 days for an operation on the carotids, I wanted to particularly congratulate all the people who welcomed me and accompanied me for their kindness and professionalism. At all times I was the object of all their attention, well done, it was great.

Quality hospital with a professional medical staff, available and attentive to its patients. Unfortunately, I have performed different services: emergencies, imaging, medicine, surgery for myself and my loved ones on several occasions for years and never had anything to complain about.
