Definitely a very beautiful structure, kind and helpful nursing staff (my experience stops at the one on the first floor). Too bad for the "secretary" of the department who knows how to be quite rude at the right moment with users who, if they find themselves in a waiting room of a clinic, it is certainly not for a "pleasant" waste of time, but probably waiting to see your relative (with a tumor... so no small feat) come out of the operating room, and have the opportunity to speak to a doctor. I understand everything but, getting annoyed and speaking arrogantly so that two people can exchange a word seems really excessive to me. Sometimes it would be enough just to have a more polite manner... especially considering the not exactly cheap rates... Humanity is just this!!!... (Show more)

To be recommended....... I arrived bringing my wife who wasn't breathing, they blocked us before the scheduled hospitalization, for over half an hour until I made an advance transfer of seven thousand euros, for an estimated stay of 5/ 6 days.. At the end of hospitalization for 6 nights, they invoiced me exactly the seven thousand in advance, precise to the cent.....they even have a crystal ball!!!!... (Show more)

The clinic is beautiful and the doctors are very competent. The only flaw was the rudeness and arrogance of the switchboard lady to a simple question about reception times.

the reception/administration staff are really rude! it is not acceptable in a clinic of a certain level! nothing to say about the very professional and competent medical staff.

Appointment for an RSM at 10.30am, called at 11.30am. Too long waiting times and rude reception secretaries. Better to go to a public hospital, at least you save money.

I came to quisisana from London to have my hip replacement surgery with professor Margeritini. He came highly recommended and all I can say is that he and his colleagues merit all the praise and more. The treatment I received was top class. The staff here are fantastic except one nurse in particular. I must pay high respect to the physiotherapy team each and every single one of them are kind, compassionate and friendly in particular Paolo. Last but by no means least I must thank the bar staff, in particular Andrea who makes the perfect cappuccino and has a great character. I felt very comfortable here, my only reason to fault the services would be the limited choice of food. I have a nickel allergy and found it a great fatigue to keep having to remind the kitchen staff. Extremely positive experience at Quisisana, both from an organizational and medical point of view. I took my pregnant wife for an ultrasound, there was also a problem that was not their fault on the booking and they solved the problem for us in a few minutes. About the visit of my gynecologist colleague (I'm a doctor) I can't say anything else that Prof. Antonella Giancotti is a giant of gynecology and is even better than her fame, both in her manners and in her clinic.... Very bad. I had an appointment for October 16th, I head towards Quisisana and before arriving (after 1 and a half hours of travel) I decide to call them to be sure and they tell me that the patient's name and surname had an appointment for October 23rd not the 16th. Skeptically, I headed home and while I was 20 minutes away from arriving, another secretary called me and told me that the appointment was today and that the doctor would be an hour late. Very bad organization and I would like to understand the first secretary where she read my name and surname for October 23rd. Given the reputation it has, I expected a bit of professionalism... I paid a visit to Professor Nardi, impeccable! I recommend it to anyone who has spinal problems like me.

Stellar systems, but diagnostic doctors should be taught how customers should be treated. The sonographer didn't even introduce himself, he was evidently very uninterested in what he was doing, he didn't say a word of summary of what he found and left. Rudeness upon acceptance. I arrived two hours early as I had to arrive from outside the province and simply showed up to confirm my presence. Several times in less than a minute I was interrupted to be told that I was unnecessarily early and also in an arrogant tone. Toilets arranged in an absurd way. Single and narrow corridor inside the toilet. Adjacent male and female ports. A single sink. Embarrassment between my daughter and a gentleman queuing to wash their hands after bumping into each other when opening the doors... (Show more)
