Talking therapies such as counselling and psychotherapy offer a confidential secure space in which to confront, change or channel feelings and emotions which can include confusion, grief, anger or depression etc. I have worked for years with people in crisis due to family breakdown and I currently work in the community with people who have or who are experiencing mental health difficulties.
