About Caroline Bale Counselling & Psychotherapy Caroline is a highly qualified fully accredited Counsellor and Psychodynamic Psychotherapist (MIACP) . She has many years experience working with clients through a variety of different issues, relationships issues, separation and divorce, depression, anxiety, social anxiety to name a few. She is accredited with the IACP and follows their code of ethics. She has taught mindfulness in corporate settings and schools as well as in private practice for over five years. At her comfortable Blackrock office she provides a quiet and safe environment where clients can explore what is troubling them. The atmosphere she seeks to create is friendly, non-judgemental and collaborative. The initial session is seen as an opportunity for the client to see if Caroline is a good fit for them. Caroline qualified and holds degrees and diplomas from Trinity College, Dublin, Dublin Business School and the Clanwilliam Institute/Mater Hospital. She holds an honours degree, BA(Mod), from Trinity College in Philosophy and a Higher Diploma and Master's Degree from Dublin Business School in Psychotherapy and Counselling.
