They never let down. Unless overwhelming, which makes sense.
Called on a Sunday morning at around 5 am. The phone was answered shortly and after the triage call, a nurse called us back and offered an appoinment in 30 minutes. As soon as we arrived they seen us straight away. I was pleases by their work.
Called twice,on the phone waiting 40min without answer and then 45mins without answer.
Was in pain, took my €70 and gave me a paracetamol.
You might have to wait for a bit to get through to caredoc, but when you get an appointment, doctors are so nice and friendly. They actually explain everything so you can understand hats off to each and everyone who works at caredoc you are doing a great job, thank you
Attended caredoc last night and doctor was meant to have faxed on prescription but never did and tryed calling to get it, no body has come back to me half the day is gone now
They never answer the phone.
Absolutely disgraceful service, or lack of. Everytime over the last 10 years, the phone rings out for 20 mins, 30 mins maybe longer. Do the job You are paid for and answer the phone. Paid with public money to not do the job they were hired for. Pitiful setup
No appointments for my sick child the other night and tried for over 2 hours to get through tonight with no body answering the phones disgraceful service
You would be better off going to a vet
