Dr Winnie Tang
Dr. Winnie Tang graduated from The University of Queensland in 1999 with first class honours. After graduating, she worked in various government dental clincis and private dental practices in Brisbane. For the past 9 years, she has been working at Market Square Dental Group in Sunnybank before she established Carindale Dental in 2011. Winnie enjoys all aspects of general and cosmetic dentistry, with special interests in orthodontics and invisalign. She regularly attends continuing education courses which allows her to acquire the knowledge to perform complex treatments. She is a member of the Australian Dental Association. She is also a registered invisalign provider. Many of her patients loves seeing Winnie because of her gentle nature and also because of the quality of dental treatment provided.
Always a pleasure visiting Carindale Dental for my 6-monthly teeth check-ups and cleans, and other dental needs. Dr. Winnie Tang and all her reception staff/dental assistants are lovely. Dr. Tang does exceptional work and is always open to answering any questions or concerns one might have - which is especially good for people with dental anxiety like myself. I recently went in to have minor toothbrush abrasions on the sides of my molars filled and Winnie did an amazing job blending it to look like natural tooth.... (Show more)

I have always taken pride in selecting great dentists during the last 40 years. I am new to the area and have had two visits to Carindale dentist and this is the best dentist I have been to. There was no elaborate sales pitches to get optional work done and the cleaning was very thorough.

Dr Winnie is excellent dentist
Winnie has been my dentist for 3 years and I’ve got lots of cleans and 3 wisdom extractions in the chair (same visit). It was all pretty flawless, fast and painless. She’s an excellent dentist. I still make the journey here despite moving house 30 mins away.
Just wanted to give a shout out to Carindale Dental at the Metropol shops. Dr. Winnie was so wonderful with my 3 year old daughter. I can’t believe she let Dr. Winnie do a full clean! We played the Peppa Pig episode beforehand (where she visits the dentist) to warm my daughter up to the idea. As soon as we got to the surgery, Playschool was up on the Tv (above the chair on the roof) so my daughter was happy as! Dr. Winnie started by just counting her teeth, and let her feel the instruments on her hand before putting anything in her mouth. We even got the bubblegum flavor fluoride in! The staff were all so helpful, and I can’t recommend them enough. To top it off, she got a sticker and a balloon and was proud as punch.... (Show more)
Winnie has been our family dentist over many years and is always very thorough.
Very professional dentist made going to the dentists as comfortable as it can be. Comfy chair in waiting room, was never overbooked in any of my vists. Winnie went out of her way to make sure I was doing ok after having a tooth removed checking on me later that night and following days. Highly recommend making this your dentist... (Show more)
