Dr. Mukesh Sirohia is the Head of the Dept of Radiology at Care IVF. He has trained in Infertility Related Ultrasonography and Doppler at Davangere, Karnataka, India which is a Centre of Excellence for Doppler Studies. He has also trained at Fertility Clinic, Mumbai under Dr. Dalal for the same. A dedicated scholar with an eye for perfection, he serves as a strong pillar for the success of Care IVF.

Dr. Suparna Bhattacharya is a specialist in gynecology and obstetrics and has been involved in obstetric practice and assisting in laparoscopic surgeries for the past 10 years. For the past 6 years she has been practicing as an Infertility Specialist. As an infertility specialist she has been involved in the management and treatment of infertile patients starting from providing fertility counseling, planning their treatment protocol and being with them through the treatment cycle and finally helping them cope with failure if success is not achieved. Each and every patient is special and helping them have start a family is a goal in itself. At the end of their treatment - disclosing the good news to them is the best aspect and to see the pleasure in their faces is a reward in itself. The most significant aspect is to be with them throughout the procedure, the day-to day happenings, and being honest with them at the end of the day. The most critical area is when you have to be honest with the patients regarding their prognosis. At times the patient is unable or dosen't wish to cope with honest opinion - Counseling them then becomes a challenge.

He has obtained certificates of competency in various aspect of foetal scans as well as invasive procedure both diagnostic as well as therapeutic. His area of strength are early detection of foetal anomalies i.e. first trimester screening, foetal echo cardiography & diagnostic foetal intervention. He is Fetal Medicine Foundation (FMF), UK accredited for NT scan and a keen participant in many Fetal Medicine conferences. He is actively involved in many training programmes, creating awareness of Fetal Medicine. He is also involved actively in the planning and organisation of Live Ultrasound workshop at Care IVF as part of the Ian Donald Center of Excellence Programme. He is gives training and lectures as a faculty during the workshops. He is also a trained radiologist, who not only can perform entire gamut of sonographic scans and report CT scans with equal efficiency, but also capable of performing Radiological Interventions.We offer a multidisciplinary approach to treating pregnancies with Foetal abnormality and work with our obstetricians in planning the management of pregnancies complicated by maternal diseases. We maintain international standards of Foetal care & follow the FMF - UK & ISUOG guidelines in all our practise. Dr. Khurshid Alam is trained in Foetal Medicine from India’s most premier centre – Mediscan, Chennai under professor Dr. S.Suresh.

Dr. Monam has more than 10 years of experience in treating Infertility patients. She has expertise in management of all infertility problems, getting accurate diagnosis of the problem, give honest opinion on the treatment options, and treat accordingly. About her experiences with patients suffering from infertility, she feels, "Hope and desperation is both in equal parts when dealing with infertility patients. The whole journey and experience with each and every couple is what I am passionate about." "When couples come to visit me with their babies, the feeling is just out of the world." What is the most important or significant aspect of the role/part that you are playing in patient’s treatment process? Clinical part is most definitely important, but apart from that, the most significant aspect of her role as an fertility expert is counseling the patient, making them understand the whole process, sharing the joy of positive outcome and giving hope and encouragement in negative ones.

In her 12 years in Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Sarmishtha has helped countless couples navigate the difficult time of Pregnancy, birth and post-partum care, with ease and confidence. Her forte is Ante-natal and post-natal Obstetric care, besides which she provides assistance to all Gynecological & Obstetric Surgeries. She is very passionate about obstetrics especially because it’s so unpredictable. The most important part of obstetrics care and management is providing encouragement and hope, other than the usual treatment protocols. She feels it’s extremely important to communicate the instructions to the patients so that they understand and follow the doctor’s instructions.

Dr. Suchetana is an extremely skilled gynecologist and obstetrician with over 18 years of experience in this field. She is one of our visiting Consultants and a patron at Care IVF, Salt Lake. She has specialized in Obstetrics & Gynecology from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, UK. She spent a decade in UK, during which time she was affiliated with a number of reputed hospitals and medical institutions all over the United Kingdom where she also trained in Assisted Reproduction. She returned to India in 2010 and has been practicing as an IVF specialist, Gynecologist and Laparoscopic surgeon since then. Since her basic background training is in Obstetrics & Gynecology and she enjoyed the nuances of Obstetrics Practice Immensely. She feels it’s a blessing to be able to bring smiles to so many families. Assisting a mother in giving birth to a new life is one of the most significant moment in one’s life and the ability to perform it with competence is vital and challenging. When you are involved from inception it’s even more rewarding. Her daily routine involves mainly clinical work and consultation for my patients, deciding the investigations required and taking care of procedures like Intrauterine Insemination, Embryo transfer and so on and so forth. As an Infertility Consultant she cherishes the emotional journey of being involved with patients who are finding it difficult to conceive, holding their hands and directing them in the right path so that they can fulfill their dream of parenthood builds trust between the doctor and the patient.
