After not receiving any type of response, I contacted them directly through the communication channel offered on the website (via WhatsApp). Every 3 weeks I have respectfully asked about the status of my appraisal request; Sometimes they responded to my WhatsApps and other times they didn't. Comment that I have also tried to contact the clinic through 977 01 51 50 without result. After getting a response from customer service, they informed me that the online assessment usually takes about 3 months and that during July and August the clinic has been closed. From my point of view, based on my lived experience, I consider that the clinic should improve the following points: - Inform on the website about the waiting times for receiving the online assessment, so that the user can manage expectations regarding the response time of the online assessment. - After requesting an online assessment, send an acknowledgment email to the user, so that they know that the request has been received correctly. In the email you could inform about delivery times. - When the clinic is closed during the summer period, automate a message on WhatsApp informing you of this. - On WhatsApp, do not leave messages unanswered, as it reflects a lack of professionalism on the part of the clinic. - Make sure to answer calls received through the phone number provided in the clinic's profile on Google. At no time do I negatively value or question the professionalism of Dr. Xavier Álvarez in any way. If at the time I became interested in the clinic it was because I considered it an excellent option and I continue to consider it that way. They make you believe that you have had a successful result, with a high follicle survival rate. They ignored me and also threatened me with lawyers for publishing the Google review through a WhatsApp message. Now I have to undergo repair surgery with increased density with a very well-known doctor having been evaluated in his office, after undergoing several evaluation consultations in other clinics with the same diagnosis. They also do not give you any report on the operation nor do they give you any invoice.
