Campos Leon Plastic Surgery

This medical group is terrible in their customer service, they do not answer phones or messages and when they do answer you it is a month later to tell you that they have the next appointment available 6 months later.

I went to Lotus Med Group and got a couple of procedures done by Dr.Cabrera . He was beyond professional and kind . He listen to what you wanted and also gave his input . He explained how things worked medically. I felt safe with him and his team . The facility was very clean and well kept. You have to stay a minimum of one night there and the nurses rotate day shifts and night shifts . Everyone was kind and helpful .I did have a hard time with one night nurse ,she was attentive and answered my call lights on time but when it came down to showering She helped me to the shower and I had to bathe myself fresh out of surgery which included a breast lift ,she put shampoo in my hands and I the best I could lifted my arms to washed my hair . It was hard to do and painful .She also had me help her by pulling myself up in bed by the rails . Ouch . but once the shift changed the day nurse was very catering she said she usually does a full assist with the bathing for the patients . Which with my pain level would have been helpful .Overall great staff. Lotus can be challenging to get ahold of but once you are a patient they make it so easy with personal numbers and WhatsApp . They are quick to respond and answer all your questions even if they are small . I loved everyone one his team . unprofessional. only care about money. I booked a surgery within a week, all the response were quick, sent my deposit and set the date. I decided not to go through a gastric sleeve but to loose weight myself then get a bbl, I simply came to the conclusion that I am too young to undergo so many surgery and weight is easy to lose if done right. I understood that it was very little notice to cancel and I did not want to loose my deposit so I asked if I can move the surgery date to a year from now and procedure type to a bbl, I contacted by email, a week later and still no reply, I sent a dm, I was only replied to dm and all I was told is to be patient and it has to be approved. I sent a what's app and didn't get a reply for a couple days, until I sent a dm but still was told to be patient. Now they just simply ignore my messages.... (Show more)

Dr campos is professional just like all his staff! They answer any questions you might have and are super friendly! Dr. Cabrera is AMAZING! I have had two surgeries with him, and both times my results were amazing. He listen to what I wanted and delivered beyond expectations! His entire team was friendly and informative. I highly recommend a Lotus medical group

I had a horrible experience, got a bad infection and Dr campos Leon did not help with the scar issues or anything for that matter he will not care once he has your $. I also think he does a bad job with breast lift and most of his work. He is only good with lypo , ugliest job with belly button. He will leave you botched!... (Show more)

I sent my pictures about three weeks ago no answer I called a few times and would not get any help or answer from anyone. Untill I called again and Carlos helped me immediately he was able to work on my case and send me info the next day thank you CARLOS I appreciate your time . His staff is unprofessional, rude and fail to return calls. The so called Office Manager; Monseratt Gladys had initially been helpful to answer questions. But after sending several practically nude photos of myself and not getting a reply back i got really concerned. I started calling and leaving voice messages with no call backs. I thought maybe i'd sent my photos to a wrong number or email. But eventially after over 3 months of me not giving up and leaving messages for Gladys she eventually and sent back a insanely over the top quote. I was given his quote after over three months!. I was shocked at his insane quote. Being that i had already consulted with several plastic surgeons in L.A. and Miami, Fl. I figured I would try Tijuana Mx. And compare quotes. His quote blew me away Expensive even compared to Plastic Surgeons in Los Angeles, CA. Area. And Miami. Look him up on Yelp he has same terrible reviews on his staff. .For minimal liposuction and fat transfer his quote was over $8,000.00 U.S. dollars. I Had bbl on 2014, I am very pleased with the result. I had an easy recovery. He is very professional.
