Very bad branch Bad service and substandard staff

The reception staff's treatment is not appropriate for a koshari shop, not a respectable factory like this
There is no elevator for wheelchairs, and there are no chair lifts either. We climbed the stairs to the top of the first balcony and about 10 steps before reaching the stairs.
Cairo Scan Radiology Center is good
The service is disrespectful
A radiology and analysis center in one place. The place is excellent and the service is very special in every sense of the word

Today I called the call center and they told me that the 66 Shubra branch is open until 10 pm. I went after Friday prayers and 2 employees refused to do an MRI today even though no one was present. They said that I must book and that the reservation is on Sunday. He also said that the branch will close today at 5 pm. When I called the call center, a girl answered and I asked for an X-ray. She told me tomorrow was Saturday, so one of the employees got up and left. Then I found the girl. She changed her words and told me the reservation was on Sunday and the branch today, Friday, would close at 5 p.m. This is because I have a beard and I look like the employees in Branch 66.
