Very bad experience. Very unprofessional Employees, technical staff, nor recipients staff. Not care about anything. Very bad service and very poor quality. Very long delivery times for the results

The reception desk is very slow, and due to the receptionist’s lack of understanding, last Wednesday I had to come to the center twice to get an x-ray done for my daughter.

The place is in Gate 4 of the side of Al-Fouad Hospital, and there is a parking fee before entering to park the car inside the central hospital on the third floor

It will make you book an appointment a day before and you will go to your appointment and wait for an hour and a half to two hours. The management of a summit is poor and there is no respect for people’s time.

Unfortunately, it is not a good place at all, especially the Mokattam branch. The doctors who take the blood tests are completely incompetent. The people in the reception have no experience at all, and they take a very long time because of this data, but the tests are not returned on time, and there is no phone number for them to answer so that the tests are tracked or so that I can know whether they are completed or not. Incorrect results: Although the doctor informed me in advance that I had to remove the gallbladder, the report states that the gallbladder is healthy, has a normal surface, and is of an appropriate size. 2. Incorrect timings: Despite arriving a quarter of an hour before the appointment as requested (in the Mokattam branch) to complete the procedures, there was a significant delay until the actual examination time. The one who deals with customers has a very bad manner... and the manager has the utmost respect and understanding... and of course appointments are not respected. Worst customer service.. but the branch manager is doing his job in excellent way of dealing with problems They don't respect time as always But a good service as provided... (Show more)
