Cairo Scan - Manial

After asking the hotline of these laboratories about the price of the rapid swab for Corona, they said that the price of the swab is 450 pounds I go directly there and they tell me that the swab is 680 pounds. Then when I told them that I called the hotline and that they said the price was 450, I asked the employee and found out that the price he said was wrong and that the correct price was the one I told him, which was 450 pounds for the swab. After paying, he told me that the result of the swab would be in 48 hours. I told him how the swab is quick and does not come out on the same day?? I refused to do the swab and got the money back. After researching, I discovered that the laboratory laboratories perform the swab for 250 pounds, and its results come out after a quarter of an hour, and I actually did it there. According to what is explained on their website on Google, the atomic scan comes out on the same day, but I was surprised that the receptionist told me to come in two days to receive the results. The staff is very cooperative

My mother went yesterday to do CT scan at Cairo Scan Tahrir branch. Unfortunately, the technician (nurse) inside the room was very unprofessional, very rude in her way of talking, not wearing a mask, and overall a very bad experience. I really hope she gets further training on how to communicate with patients and perform her job because she is a very BAD image for this place.... (Show more)

Good place

Receptionist was cold and didn't return my greeting. They didn't have change and expected me to go find it. And though i booked an appointment they weren't ready to see me on time. The lab technicians were very kind and professional but I won't be back.
