I am a qualified acupuncturist registered with the British Acupuncture Society practicing out of Neal's Yard Remedies Clapham, Lavender Heal in Battersea and Yuji Chinese Medicine in Kings Cross. I give personalised 1 to 1 treatments that are customised to suit your particular condition and circumstance. Whether you are an active sports person recovering from injury, suffering from stress or anxiety, have crippling neck and shoulder pain or suffer from migraines - I will carefully diagnose the problem and explain clearly the approach to treatment and how we can work as a team to get you better. Conditions I have successfully treated include; back pain, shoulder pain, neck pain, migraines, TMJ (Temporomandibular Joint disorders), skin conditions (e.g. eczema, shingles), breathing difficulties (e.g. asthma), allergies (e.g. hay fever, rashes), male infertility (e.g. erectile dsyfunction, difficulty in conceiving, sexual problems) and I do a really good stress relief treatment using a body treatment called deep qi massage.
Steve has treated myself and my family. He is patient and thorough in his work and shows a good depth of knowledge, and he gets results !
I suffer from RSI due to long hours at the computer at work. Every so often the pain becomes unbearable, but a visit to Steve can be relied upon to sort it out. I´ve tried other therapists but they don’t compare at all. Steve’s techniques really target my muscular imbalances and eliminates the pain almost immediately. I had a knee arthroscopy last year. After the operation and rehab I wasn't able to play football after extreme pain after playing. I retired from playing. I was experiencing pain at night and when walking up hills. I tried osteopathy and physio without any joy. As an acupuncturist myself I knew what to try and where. Then I met Steve, a fellow acupuncturist. He said he'd be able to help as he'd had good results with treating knee pain. After one session I never had any more pain. I had three sessions in all and noticed considerable change in my flexibility and movement.
