I strongly advise against it. From the first appointment, I was offered a aligner for €5,000. However, when I arrive at the second appointment for scaling, the assistant tells me that my appointment is simply canceled because the dentist is late with her consultations. I can come back next week with her colleague or in May with her. My date was definitely not profitable enough.... (Show more)

I go back to my usual dentist (who was on vacation) and who tells me: no, she told you nonsense, it's just the furrows!!!! My husband and myself have been dr Maria Cervatiuc’s patients for several years. She is very thorough, patient, professional. She even managed to make my husband go to dentist without fear, she is the only dentist whom he trusts. Recently we have taken our 4 year old to her as well and she proved very patient and resourceful in making our little girl stay still and open her mouth. The dentist, after a consultation that I had for scaling, told me that I had 7 cavities to have filled... She set up a second appointment for me to carry out scaling and others for fillings. When I arrive at the appointment, I learn that she is absent and that an assistant who does not speak French can do the work instead. I didn't feel confident and I canceled the appointment (I found it very unfortunate that they didn't tell me by phone that my dentist was being replaced, I came for nothing). I went to another dentist who told me that I didn't have a single cavity but colored grooves. He added "there are really some who want to make money off people's backs"... A word to the wise. I had initially made an appointment for scaling and cavities treatment. On the big day, the dentist offers to schedule another appointment for the cavities. Well, I accept, even if I would have liked what I had initially come for to be done. So I set the second appointment more than a month in advance. Finally my appointment was canceled the day before for no reason. When I express my dissatisfaction I am told that “that’s how things happen, there are unforeseen events in life”.
