Bupa Dental Centre - Leeds

I've been under the care of Dr Ashid Hussain for the last twenty years and have experience a second to none service at Bupa Dental.

I suffered from bleeding gums and after visiting the dentist Sandy i was referred to the hygienist. Rachel was my hygienist and provided expert care. The clean was gentle and thorough. In addition Rachel provided guidance on the right size TePe brushes to continue thorough cleaning at home to prevent the worsening of gum disease. The practice is calm and clean, the staff are helpful and I’m never left waiting to get an appointment or in the waiting room. I would recommend Bupa Leeds to anyone.... (Show more)

My visit to the bupa dental care Leeds was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and cooperative. I took a hygiene session with Raechel, she was did a great job. I really like my visit.

I always have a wonderful experience here. Shout-out to Rachel the dental hygienist and Peachy the receptionist.

I’ve had 5 appointments here recently for a treatment plan, dentist and hygienist and every session has been excellent and a world apart from my experience at my previous dentist. The team could not have been more friendly or helpful. Rachel was my hygienist today and was gentle, skilled and very informative about how I can improve my gum and tooth health at home. I would recommend Bupa Leeds to anyone.

The answer below from this dental practice has nothing to do with doctor Rosen. Dr Rosen is a good dentist. Again, It is the policy of this practice that they do not feel obliged to fulfil a treatment plan when a doctor leaves the dental practice in Leeds!! They are making stories up. Full story below: I left the Bupa dental practice in Leeds. I had a check up appointment with a dentist in this practice and got a treatment plan. After I had the first treatment appointment with the dentist the dentist cancelled his job. They told me that I will need another checkup up with another dentist again on my cost although I just had one checkup payed. They gave me another option to book me in for some treatments in one moth and they were not able to provide for all appointments of the treatment plan because the dentist who cancelled his job would not be working there anymore. The policy in this practice is when a dentist leaves the practice in Leeds that the customer has to pay a new checkup appointment because every dentist will make a different treatment plan . It means basically that they think that they are not obliged to provide the service of a treatment plan when a dentist leaves this Bupa dental practice in Leeds.... (Show more)

Best dental surgery I’ve been to and none better than the hygienist, Vivian who is extremely thorough and competent.

I avoided the dentist for quite some time before rallying myself to attend this practice - both the dentist and the hygienist, Rachel, were very helpful and took the time to explain things thoroughly, helping me clear gum disease issues that could have got a lot worse if left untreated any longer. A bit of an overdue review, but I had some composite restoration as well as a denture done by Arshid Hussain over a year ago now & everything is still in great condition. I'd also add, the practice is very modern & clean & Arshid the team are very friendly & welcoming so if you're someone who's nervous about going to the dentist, I highly recommend Bupa Dental Care Leeds... I sent an enquiry through on there website and after seeing them advertise that there shouldn’t be any surprises I was met with one straightaway when receiving a call from there receptionist and being told I couldn’t get a quote for the work I needed doing and instead needed to pay to get a quote. Completely outrageous that they don’t offer the service that they advertise. Having used Bupa before down south but am enraged by the lack of professionalism by this practice.... (Show more)

Excellent service. I was seen at short notice by Dr Rosen Ampieski. He was very calm and professional. Debbie arranged the appointment and was very helpful. Vivien the hygenist is also excellent

I have been going to this practice for a long time and would highly recommend their service. The staff are very kind and provide an excellent service. The clinic is modern and the location is great for me with my work. My teeth were in a bad way when I first started going and slowly, over time the work I have had done has improved my smile and confidence. I would highly recommend going to this clinic.... Extremely nervous patient with a brilliant dentist (Dr Rosen Ampirski) who is the most patient dentist I’ve ever had. Not only is he a fantastic dentist but he makes everything as painless as possible and takes the time to explain procedures carefully. He really wants you to understand what is needed and to feel comfortable. I’ve changed dentists a lot in my life but as long as I’m in leeds, I’m hoping to be with Dr Rosen.
