Delicious food, enthusiastic and skilled doctors, beautiful and comfortable rooms
Paying takes longer than the way my sister solves math problems
The best hospital experience i have ever experienced. Great staff, Nurses and doctors and great value for money. Better than most of the facilities i have used in all over the world.
cleanliness, professionalism, courtesy.
Peeing is also forbidden. :)))) This must have been ordered by the hospital director. So below is very strict :))))
I live right at the right time so my mother and I often go to the hospital for checkups. M Always choose the best services for your baby, most of the visits are satisfied. However, there are still doctors who make me extremely disappointed. At the most recent peak, the baby had a viral fever, high fever, fatigue and lethargy. The baby was examined that day. The combo from the nurse was so difficult that the baby was scared and cried until he was sick and tired. When I went to the doctor, he sent me for a blood test. Three tubes of blood were taken to test for flu, covid, and dengue fever, all of which were negative. The doctor said he didn't know the reason and advised him to do an additional test package for 20 other viruses and other tests. At this time, I refused the doctor's prescription for fever-reducing medicine and supplements and left, but the doctor did not give any further reminders. I had no experience until I learned from other doctors and other mothers that the symptoms were clear, but the doctor could not diagnose me, nor give me a treatment regimen or monitor anything that really inhibited me. Returning home, the mother and child lost their jobs and the baby became more tired and scared.... (Show more)
Good
Very good
The security guard is good, the doctor is good, the facilities are good, but they don't meet 5-star standards.
The staff laughed and joked with each other and didn't care about the patients
Business is like vomit, PR is good at taking people's money. Ok, I agree the price is high but the service must be commensurate. Please give me the phone number of the board of directors to complain
One time my child had to go to the umbilical cord emergency room in the middle of the afternoon because it was right at dinner time because the umbilical bleeding wouldn't go away because my mother couldn't hear clearly. Dr. Tran Lien Anh was difficult to yell at my mother, partly because he was old. We can sympathize with the explanation that the doctor seems to despise the patient. If you study well, you will also study to be a doctor and examine your children and grandchildren yourself! But a hospital this large and prestigious should pay more attention to how it treats its patients... (Show more)
Spacious, beautiful, going to the doctor feels like staying in a hotel. Many good doctors do not waste bribes
Service quality is poor, not commensurate with the price customers spend. The procedure for refunding the deposit is too slow, the hospital discharge documents also have to wait for several days. The switchboard is so slow that there is no direct response.
5-star standard hospital. Modern equipment, good facilities, convenient location, good service quality and expertise of the medical system. Price is also good😍 …
Good private hospital in Vietnam
It's a little expensive, but the facilities are good and clean. All the doctors have studied abroad and there are interpreters, so you can go with peace of mind, but the downside is that it is expensive for foreigners, and there is a deposit system, so in case of surgery or emergency, you have to pay 200 to 300 million dong. My daughter was hospitalized due to pneumonia, and I had to pay a deposit of 30 million dong and a week's hospitalization fee of 25 million dong. Anyway, if it is not an emergency for Koreans and you get seriously ill, it would be better to go to Korea quickly.... (Show more)
ok
I had a emergency visit to VinMec with colitis which I didn't know I had. I arrived at VinMec at 5 am and was greeted by the amazing nurses and doctors. They instantly checked my vitals and assessed the situation professionally. Within 3 hours everything was done to get a diagnosis including an ultrasound of every major organ, a ct scan of every major organ, a blood test, urine test and a fecal matter test. I was inlayed for 2 nights and was taken care of better than I could wish for. Being originally from Sweden the difference in hospital care was night and day. In Sweden you wouldn't get 1/1000 of the care I got for any amount of money. So I was happily surprised that vietnamese doctors and nurses were so competent and professional. I would STRONGLY recommend anyone to visit VinMec.... (Show more)
