Very very easy to talk too. He genuinely knows if you are someone he can help straight away. I personally am someone who doesn't talk to people but feel comfortable around him. Building bridges

Mr John Murphy

On a personal note, throughout my own counselling experience I experienced clarity concerning my present and past life situations. It was this which prompted me to train as a counsellor. It is with humility and passion that I dedicate myself in the service of the client-therapist relationship. Throughout my training I have become trained in Choice Theory (CT), Reality Therapy (RT) and Person Centred Counselling (PCC). My skills set include working with issues such as relationships, depression, stress/anxiety disorders, substance abuse and eating disorders. I currently hold a degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy coupled with certificates in Addiction, Depression, Sexual Abuse and Suicide. I am committed to engaging in on-going professional training and development. As a current pre-accredited member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). Along with my private practice I am a volunteer with the Village Counselling Service in Tallaght for the last 3 years.
