Went to a phsyio and GP who misdiagnosed my condition. Went and saw Ben having never seen a osteo before and he diagnosed my condition quickly and improvement has been drastic. When treating, he also gave me advice for another niggling injury and sent me on my way after two treatments. Didn't try to bring me back when he thought I was on the mend. Highly recommend.... Can’t speak highly enough of this place. Anna, Leah and Ben are amazingly skilled practitioners and this is reflected in the depth of their care and attention. Won’t go anywhere else and unlike some places won’t keep asking you to return simply for the money. Highly recommend.

I attended this clinic once (in about August or September 2021) when I had excruciating pain in my right shoulder blade, and the GP was useless. The person I saw at this clinic had a very good and helpful manner. At the time I was happy, as he was confident in his diagnosis and I trusted it. During the treatment I was given a neck manipulation. Following this visit my pain continued to get even worse, so I cancelled my next visit and went to the hospitals emergency department, where I was quickly diagnosed with severe herniations to 2 cervical (neck) spinal discs. A neck manipulation is the last thing I should have had. If you have pain in your shoulder blade or arm or hand, I strongly suggest you don't let anyone give you a neck manipulation unless you've had a clear MRI showing good discs in your neck. If you have a neck manipulation when you have this injury, you might find that it contributes to you needing surgery on your spine.... (Show more)

I first attended this osteo maybe 5 years ago and they were great then. Went to see Tom last night with a back complaint and in one session so much of the pain is gone! This clinic has never let me down!

These guys are the best! They find the source of the problem and loosen up surrounding tissue before making adjustments you feel comfortable with. I'd highly recommend.
