I underwent root canal treatment in an emergency and I would like to highlight the care provided by Dr. Esteferson, who was attentive and explained the entire procedure in detail. The price charged was fair, considering the location and standard of the region.

ZERO PUNCTUALITY! AVOID THIS CLINIC. If you have time to waste, come to the clinic and I waited more than 1 hour and 30 minutes. When complaining, he was informed that Dr Viviane called, what? If it was next to the door? It's a joke. Professional with lack of organization and respect for patients.

I had a root canal procedure on a tooth at the Brown dentistry clinic and I want to explain the points that made me extremely regret having looked for this place and warn anyone who is thinking about having treatment there. Firstly, I saw Dr Esterferson, who is very friendly and treated me very well, however, he was unable to complete the treatment after a few attempts because, according to him, my mouth had limited opening. I even went to the clinic one day only to be told that I would have to return another day because he wouldn't be able to carry out the treatment (anyway, I live far away and I was upset with the situation). I made an appointment at reception to see the owner of the clinic, who is also a dentist and who, according to Dr. Esterferson, might be able to solve my problem due to having more years of experience in the area. When I arrived at the clinic on the day I had scheduled, they told me that I wasn't on their agenda (luckily I had confirmation on WhatsApp), but finally, I spoke to the girl at reception, who is very kind (unfortunately I don't remember her name, but that fixed her colleague's mistake), and she managed to get Dr Viviane to see me that day. After a few sessions, we managed to solve my problem, however, I felt a lot of pain during the procedure due to the lack of anesthesia during one of the sessions. I returned this week for my last appointment, but I can say that my experience was traumatizing. Today my mouth is extremely injured on the side, with a huge wound and I still left there hearing Dr Viviane telling Dr Esterferson that it was "a pain" to treat my tooth. I didn't think it was coherent for a professional to put the situation that way. Furthermore, he was assisting me and chatting with a colleague who was at the door of the room. I had already seen some complaints here, but I decided to take a chance. I won't be going back and unfortunately, I don't have the courage to recommend the clinic to someone I know. I was at the Brown clinic undergoing restoration and veneer treatment, I received very good care and the dentist that I make a point of mentioning, Dr. Stefersson, is an excellent professional, he provides services with excellence, I do not in any way want to belittle other dentists, but I can talk about Dr. Stefersson because my procedures were complex and even so the treatment exceeded expectations, I am extremely satisfied and will continue recommending the clinic.... Human service! Dr Esteferson provided a wonderful treatment. It made me feel super calm, because I'm afraid of anesthesia and that sound of the drill leaves me in tears. I recommend the clinic that also has fair prices.

Implant specialist dentist is terrible, I had an implant and it broke several times. The damage I suffered, unfortunately, is over, but I would like to warn others to never close an implant in that location.
