I’ve been a patient at Bristol Dental Clinic since 2018. Dr. Thomas and Dr. Minea alongside the dental hygienists here provide excellent care every time. I had 2 of my wisdom teeth extractions done with Dr. Chacko which healed with no complications. Likewise the staff at the front desk are friendly and extremely helpful. I recently used Bristol Dental and unfortunately had a very negative experience. Not only did they overcharge me, but they also did not acknowledge me as a customer. The staff were cold and unfriendly, and I felt like I was just another number to them. I was disappointed by the lack of transparency and communication regarding the charges, and when I tried to address the issue with the staff, they were dismissive and unhelpful. This left me feeling frustrated and disrespected as a customer. Overall, I would not recommend Bristol Dental to anyone seeking quality dental care with exceptional customer service. Have been coming to this Dental office for years. The service and their professionalism, is the best!
Friendly good service. Confident in my dental work. Would recommend.
If your time is valuable, dont go there. They will only book you for 30 minutes and then dont even operate on you. They will book you after a week and keep calling you back. Also, they will charge you every time even if they dont do anything. Doctor seems to be in a hurry and did not wanted to answer questions.... (Show more)
