They called me after 3 years saying that I owed them money, without showing me anything other than a budget that I had not signed and with actions that I had not performed, what an unpleasant moment. I don't like that anyone can say that I owe them anything so I have paid, with many doubts about it. The staff is great, but at the accounting level they are not doing very well. I am a client and treated by this clinic in which they performed oral cleaning for me and I have had to attend two fillings, one of which was perfect, and another treated by Dr. Jovellar, which is giving me problems as of today, March 20. of 2023 and their solution is to let it be what the toothbrush has badly stuck in me, very happy with the treatment of Ana Gómez and assistants (great professionals) I had to get an implant but after knowing that Dr. Jovellar did it I prefer Go to another clinic, at least say goodbye to the client. The pediatric dentist has very little tact with fearful children. At the center, money is given more importance for submitting children to surgical intervention for dental procedures. Good health education along with patience and tenderness translates into better long-term results with the patient and their fear. It is worth mentioning that surgical interventions are never free of risks, even at a vital level; in the clinic, this activity is normalized, which in many cases would not be strictly necessary.... Very disappointed. I have been undergoing orthodontic treatment for four years and I had to make the decision to change dentists, as I was not progressing or improving (despite having discussed and expressed this on several occasions with the appropriate staff). My surprise is when I put myself in the hands of another clinic and they start to take off everything I was wearing until now, warning me that they did not understand the functionality of some of the strategies they had applied to my mouth. Among these, the diversity of types of brackets that I get to wear. All in all, I am so disappointed that I decide to write this review. I hope no one finds themselves in my situation as what I have ended up with is frustration and disappointment with the clinic. Obviously, in the field of orthodontics, I do not recommend it.... It is an acceptable service but what I couldn't do is that I have had full orthodontics for two years and I have a consultation every two months and my teeth are worse and the only thing they tell me at each visit is - something is bothering you, visit in two months - no. Because it was so expensive they could treat people better. I went for an estimate for an implant. They did not inform me when I made the appointment that the x-ray had to be paid for in the estimate. When I got there they told me about doing an x-ray and I asked if it was free. They told me that they think they charge something, they asked and if €50 Well, I accepted that they do it but when I left I told them that I wanted to take the radio and it turned out that it was not a radio but a tac and if I wanted it it would cost me €110 A man came and started with ooo that's what it is Well, the truth is very bad. The budget also gave me €2000/implant with the traditional method, double the normal amount and the people put up with it, they're so crazy.... (Show more)
