I cannot rate the Bradford Clinic high enough. Every single staff member from the second you walk in the door is so warm and welcoming- you instantly feel at home. Sheridan is friendly and bubbly and is such a joy to be greeted by. Nurse Ellie was great at calming my nerves and even better at delivering incredible results. Jana gives the BEST facials and knows exactly what your skin needs. I knew I was in good hands while reading Dr Julie’s endless wall of achievements and qualifications, she has obviously worked her butt off to bring the clinic together and she’s absolutely perfected it. I cannot rave about Bradford clinic enough!! I have visited Skye before for treatments and would travel out of town to see her. How happy I was she is now in Toowoomba! The staff are absolutely incredible and helpful, Rachel was amazing and made the booking process so simple and easy. I have been going to Skye for years and have followed her from Toowoomba to Gatton and now back to Toowoomba 🤌🏼 Her work is incredible, personalised to you & exactly what you ask for. Had fillers under my eyes. Ended up with very visible bumps on both side and a broken vein on one side. Went back to get it fixed but nothing was offered. Not happy Dr Julie, not happy at all.

I paid $2,500 to stop the sweating under my arms at the time I was told this was guaranteed, and was also saw on there Web site all treatments are affective. well after 12 months I have seen No difference at all was told I got my $2,500 worth it's worked while at the same appointment was told I need $900 worth of treatment ON TOP every 6 months for the same issues. even after showing the "manager" your own Web site say affective and the same manager told me in writing I need $900 more treatment just 15 minutes earlier.. and I ask for store credit because the first treatment didn't work.. I even said I get it it's not your fault but not mine either.. the $2,500 I paid was perfectly fine.. I don't want to see other ripped off DON'T USE BRADFORD CLINICS EVER... (Show more)

I will VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND The Bradford Clinic to everyone. From entering the front door to exiting I was made to feel like part of a family. Any & all questions were answered without making me feel stupid. The beautiful women at the front desk were so warm and welcoming. You can tell they love their jobs. Dr Bradford is such a beautiful soul & so caring. She really listens to you & her work is impeccable ❤️ Just an update. I bruised & was swollen from my lip filler(more than I thought was normal) which was explained could happen but I was worried that I had done something wrong. I went to the clinic 2 different times without an appointment & was treated with so much compassion from Liz who helped me calm my worries & did a couple of LED treatments to help. I'm seeing Dr. Julie for preventative medicine and she is amazing. Highly knowledgable regarding menopausal issues and a fantastic communicator. Wish more doctors were like her.

I had fraxel on my face and chest and it was the biggest waste of $2500. No follow up from the clinic at all. When i complained nurse Liz tried to sell me more treatments but wasn't intetested in the fact that the fraxel didn't work. No offer of fixing any thing!!! Biggest waste of my money!!!

I had tear trough fillers. I had 0.5 ml which was fine, I went back two weeks later and had the other 0.5 ml Injected. 1 week later I had bumps and blue shadows under my eyes. I went back to get some advice and the DR rubbed under my eyes so hard it’s now left a permanent scar under my right eye from rubbing so much skin off and my left eye has a blue bump in a line shape directly under my eye. Looking like an extra eye bag. I did not get any answers for this from the DR who said ow that’s normal. I requested for it to be dissolved as I had been told by someone else that is was in fact the Tyndall effect. The DR said no you shouldn’t do that, it will disappear, 4 weeks later and my eyes look much much worse than they did before the injections and I now have a scar. I have not heard from the DR for any follow up advice. Very rushed advice when I do go in. I would not recommend. Do your research.... (Show more)

The staff were lovely at the clinic and made me feel really comfortable with my first Fraxel treatment. I will definitley go back as not only was I taken care of but their costs are pretty reasonable too. Julie and her husband were very down to earth and the girls accomodating. Highly recommend.

I have had several procedures done here and each time had procedure explained thoroughly, and been treated with good care and also had aftercare fully explained. Staff are friendly and easily approachable. Very nice experience indeed.
