the doctors were really sweet and kept interacting to make sure the patient did okay and the music playing in the background was really soothing and spread optimistic and good vibes in the surroundings.

It has been almost 2 years since I began my treatment with Dr. Viren Puri and Dr. Vidhi at Smiles and Braces. Little did I know then that dental treatments can be so gratifying! 😊 My gum specialist suggested getting aligners done so I visited Smiles and Braces. Right from day 1, both, Dr. Viren and Dr. Vidhi have been perfect in understanding and making me understand the line of my treatment. They have been so calmly patient with me, that once they even cancelled my 2 hour appointment just because I was not convinced about a certain thing. They acknowledge a person's fears and give it time to seep in and register that too.(patient psychology😊) Dr. Viren is a marvellous sculpture who strives for perfection till he achieves exactly what the patient wants. Dr.Vidhi is very compassionate and believes that one should be happy while doing the treatment or it's no good.😀 The journey has been absolutely amazing and I am very grateful for their care and compassion. They are the reason for the massive smile I am wearing.😁 The cherry on the cake is the courteous staff (Ms. Sona and Ms. Seema) who attend to you, right from fixing up appointments to sending reminders for the same. Even the staff behind the scenes are too tolerant. The appointments are so well spaced that there is minimal waiting period or none.(of course this matters in a city like Mumbai) Finding good doctors is easy but one with a Human Touch is not so. 😊 Thank you once again for making the entire experience a pleasurable one! I have had a TMJ disorder (jaw clicking and occasionally jaw locks) since 2016. During the course, I've seemed help from dentists who could not understand my jaw condition and the extent of it. However, Dr Viren was able to accurately diagnose my condition and explain it to me better than I ever had owing to his experience in treating patients like me I'm the past. He was very transparent in explaining to me my treatment options and course of action. During the course of my treatment I have found him to be dependable, calm and empathetic to the smallest of my problems. Its been 2 years since I started treatment and I'm glad to say that my bite has been corrected and I no longer feel the symptoms of a TMJ disorder. I would recommend any fellow TMJ sufferer to quit self diagnosing and seek help from an expert before the condition worsens.... (Show more)

It was an amazing experience with Dr. Viren. I've recieved a great outcome. . All the staff there have been so warm and comforting.All teeth extractions were quite smooth with minimal pain.Would highly recommend them for everyone.

Dr Viren Puri has been really patient with me. Covid hit in the middle of my treatment, significantly impacting the plans he had for me. Dr Viren Puri is a perfectionist and I have been seeing him for 10 years now. He is the best dentist I have ever been to because he is precise and knows exactly how to achieve what his patient is looking for. (Keeping in mind your vanity and technical bits.)
